One star less for the environment only because we suffered a little from the heat inside, the air conditioning in my opinion being a little low on very hot evenings! The place is still very nice!

It was a fantastic dinner for 2 - for the first course Cavatelli del Trabucco for 2 people, wonderful, for the second course I had the baked aubergine parmigiana cooked in the earthenware, fabulous, and the other had a great starter from Puglia, this too deserves the praise, 2 glasses of wine 1 water, bill in the norm, we will certainly be happy to return - thanks to all the very kind and helpful employees - See you soon - Uncle Tommy

Top quality ingredients assembled respecting Apulian traditions but with contemporary care, in a menu that changes frequently. We had fresh fusilli with a very good pesto, troccoli with yellow cherry tomatoes and prawns, tiella barese, warm seafood salad and tiramisu. Very generous portions, difficult to take two dishes. The left side of the room has an air conditioning malfunction which makes it difficult to stay there, I hope you resolve it soon.

Aperitivo molto buono in un posto molto carino. Lo spritz (Aperol) buono (anche se ne ho assaggiati di meglio), ma il tagliere di salumi (servito con taralli, pane pugliese, pane toscano, schiacciata) è stato davvero notevole, molto ma molto buono!

Bottega, aperitivo e ristorante con prodotti di alta qualità pugliese. Alimentari, vineria, sfizi vari autentici e di altissimo livello. Antipasti buonissimi, primi molto validi, abbinamenti perfetti, vini e aperitivi di alta qualità. Personale accogliente, simpatici e con battuta pronta, la serata è veramente frizzante e di gran lusso. Un tuffo nella Puglia quella vera.
