Ormai una CERTEZZA
LI conosco da quando hanno aperto...ed è stato "coup de foudre"...qualità altissima, tutti prodotti di prima scelta e provenienti direttamente dalla Puglia!!!
Davvero un angolo di Puglia a Firenze...rapporto qualità/ prezzo giusto, considerando la prima scelta degli ingredienti, sapientemente cucinati, e la provenienza ...rispetto a quello che il mercato propone qui siamo davvero sopra, ma di parecchio, alla media. Che dire dei proprietari, una coppia giovane, belli e con tanto entusiasmo che si sono saputi circondare di uno STAFF alla loro altezza!!!! Bravissimi tutti e forza continuate così!!!!

very nice, well-kept and popular place. we recommend booking via whatsapp. The dishes were delicious, the waiters were very good and very kind. The prices are slightly high but in line with the quality of the dishes offered, all traditional from Puglia. To date my favorite restaurant in Florence, highly recommended

We ate very well. Delicious dishes, well prepared and well presented. The staff was very professional, competent and friendly.
The space for eating is a bit small, no coat hangers, and small tables. The plates cannot stay on the table, so much so that decidedly uncomfortable backsplashes are proposed. But oh well.
Apulian cuisine is based on poor, simple ingredients, lots of vegetables.... The final price is not really in line with either the type of cuisine or the venue.
So you eat well, but the price is really excessive for the proposal. (to explain: 4 people, 5 starters, 4 first courses, mineral water. Nothing fishy. 4 coffees. Total 140 euros, 35 per person: it seems like a mistake to me)

I know and appreciate the popular cuisine of Puglia.
The meeting took place many years ago thanks to a mother from a thrifty family. She knew how to make ends meet for the family budget without losing quantity or flavour...
I learned a lot about cooking from her.
The preamble becomes necessary to describe last night's evening at the EX LATTERIA.
We, there were four of us, ate well. Simple dishes in line with the Apulian tradition.
Very good bread and oil and excellent ingredients....cheeses, cured meats, tomatoes and various vegetables.
Super positive opinion also for the truly friendly service.
The only negative note is the bill which, referring to the cost ratio of the raw materials and the preparation of the dishes, which were really good and with a home-made taste, seemed a little excessive to me. Still, an experience

A true corner of Puglia, the only truly worthy one in Florence. I say this as a Pugliese!
From gastronomy to cuisine, the products are of high quality, the raw materials are fresh, dishes are cooked in an excellent manner and respecting traditions but also with original touches!
Not to mention the various typical desserts, truly a dream!!!
The staff is always welcoming and kind, as is the place, which is very nice and bright.

Thanks to the staff and the good food we had a wonderful evening. Authentic food, small but welcoming environment, courtesy and attention to the customer. And what's more, you can continue to savor Apulian products even at home because there is a great variety of products you can purchase...
