Hands down our favourite place in Ortigia - came here every day during our stay. A truly wonderful selection of local wines, a really charming and knowledgeable owner, and a lovely and down-to-earth atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

This was our favourite wine bar in Ortigia, run by wonderfully friendly, kind, knowledgeable staff who are passionate about local wine. The cheese and meat plates were fantastic too.

The perfect wine bar. Perfect menu. Perfect host. Extremely knowledgable, patient (particularly given the endless q's and comments I had), generous, humble and hospitable. The wine menu is extensive, reflecting a good selection across Sicily, both traditional and natural style. Many bottles are available by the glass. I was able to find and drink a rate bottle, enjoy it all night with wonderful food and in the warm company of Evoe team and its guests. If you want to both enjoy and learn more about Sicilian and Italian wine, this is the perfect spot.

We stopped here a couple of times for drinks. The staff here are super knowledgable and recommended some excellent wines. Would definitely recommend for a drink on your tour of Ortigia.

07/11/2025: Once we arrived in Lentini, we stopped for dinner at this restaurant, we met Salvo and he let us taste simple cuisine rich in flavors and genuine raw materials, his great passion is very perceptible, we had a great time, thanks until next time!!

05/10/2025: A small, traditional Sicilian restaurant in the center of Noto. Very well-maintained, and the natural white stone interior is absolutely charming. We discovered it by chance, but were thrilled with the choice. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly, including the owner, who was pleasant, friendly, and professional. The food was absolutely fantastic; the chef delighted us with every typical course, from the first to the second course, and finally with dessert, the DIY cannoli experience. The ricotta cream was unparalleled, and the composition was a fun game. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
