Hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness are the hallmarks of Evoè. We enjoyed a wine tasting expertly guided by Adriano and ate excellent food served by the charming Alessandro. A wonderful experience.

Loved this place so much we visited 4 times during our 1 week stay! By far the best setting for wine tasting - there are a few other wine bar/shops in town but we felt this one wins hands down due to ambiance, quality and value. We had such great service, attention to detail when describing the origins of the wines and matching to our tastes, as well as knowledgeable descriptions of the beautifully presented cheese/ meat platter. First night we had dinner and sampled some wine. 2nd and 3rd night just for drinks, and by the 4th visit we felt like we were meeting with friends. Have fallen in love with Sicilian Sauvignon Blanc, thanks to Adiamo and Alessandro. Will definitely pop in again if we are in the region again. Ciao!

Lovely restaurant with excellent food and service
We had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for a quiet meal.
The food was absolutely delicious. We had a large buffalo mozzarella served with ham and salad – everything was fresh and full of flavor.
The waiter also recommended two wines, both of which were excellent and matched perfectly with our meal.
A wonderful spot for anyone looking to enjoy great food in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

They are the best in Sicily and provide us with the perfect sharing table full of delicious Sicilian starters alongside lovely focaccia. Highly recommended - don't go anywhere else before trying this place!

We stopped for a quick ape and instead we would never have left
The welcome and the company were truly delightful, the wine we drank was presented to us with great skill and we fell in love with it so much that we even bought a bottle and think that they also lent us two glasses to savor it at its best since we didn't have any.
Thank you for pampering us, we will take your warmth with us to Milan and thanks to you too, Ortigia will remain in our hearts.

Un lugar tan relajante para disfrutar de hermosos vinos y probar algunos quesos y carnes locales - el propietario es tan apasionado por sus vinos y es tan amable y acogedor - un lugar encantador y entre nuestros favoritos para el vino y platos pequeños. Comimos una vez, pero fuimos tres veces por bebidas y mordiscos, ya que era un lugar encantador.
