Delightful place, both in terms of the location and mise en place and the menu. We ate raw and sweet, everything was truly excellent. The only reason why I don't give 5 stars is to encourage us to improve some small aspects (for example, allow me to mention the attention to the wine and the way of serving it) which could really make this place special in Vasto. The price may be above average.

I had dinner in this restaurant for the first time two years ago and since then it has become my favorite place. The service is impeccable and the staff is welcoming, professional, attentive to customer needs and always smiling. The owner, Annalisa, takes you from the first to the last minute on a wonderful journey made of flavours, smells and colours. She takes you by the hand and as the perfect hostess, guides you with cordiality, professionalism, friendliness and elegance within the walls of this rare jewel that is Evo... her first and precious one. An ideal place for those looking for authentic and refined flavours. Good guys!
