An unforgettable Valentine's Day! An incredible location, an ultra-luxury chalet with meticulously crafted furnishings and a stunning visual impact. The rooms are comfortable, true oases of peace and relaxation, exuding a sense of intimate hospitality. The cuisine is truly top-notch, with authentic flavors enhanced by aromatic herbs and forest scents. Excellent wines are paired with it. The view is stunning, made even more evocative this year by the particularly abundant snow cover. It truly is one of the most romantic places I've ever seen. I'll be back in the summer. We spent a truly special time at Chalet Euthalia in San Giacomo di Roburent. From the moment you arrive, you feel a genuine welcome: sincere kindness, attention to detail, and the care that makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. Breakfast deserves a special mention: locally sourced and organic products, fresh, selected with taste and evident quality. You can taste the difference, both in the flavors and in the lightness. Everything is prepared with care, without excess but with plenty of substance. The location is simply fabulous. Mountain views, a relaxing atmosphere, silence and nature all around: the perfect place to unwind and recharge. A place to return to, without a doubt. 🌲✨

The experience at Roburent's Euthalia Chalet was an unexpected surprise: a warm and welcoming retreat, with wooden furnishings in perfect mountain style, where every detail exudes care and authenticity. Dinner was a journey through local flavors: mountain butter, risotto soup with pumpkin and goat's cheese, tender boiled beef from Carrù, cheeses with honey and bitter orange jam, and dessert with Braunibal pears, chocolate, and hot chocolate. It all ended with a delicious artisanal mini-pastry. And then, the sweetest surprise: happy birthday, accompanied by a tray of homemade sweets. Breakfast was a perfect awakening, pampered by authentic flavors. A place that knows how to move. We'll definitely be back!
