We arrived at the Euthalia restaurant in San Giacomo di Roburent (province of Cuneo) in a wonderful location, the owner welcomed us and he is a very pleasant person. The evening was spent in a beautiful setting, high quality food, super wine, I recommend it to everyone at least once.

Everything was excellent. I can only give it 5 stars. My only suggestion is that the tablecloth is needed.

Great atmosphere. Authentic. The food is local and surprisingly perfectly prepared. Be sure to order the signature dish, Il Bosco. They have an extensive wine selection and excellent advice. A hidden gem in Piedmont.

11/07/2025: Skøn udsigt over landskabet. Vi fik en lækker 6-retters tasting-menu med mange lokale særpræg. Omfattende og flot vinkort. Meget venlig og opmærksom betjening. Vi kommer meget gerne igen :-)
13/04/2025: Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal hier und sind nach wie vor begeistert! Die Gerichte sind authentisch, sehr lecker und mit Liebe präsentiert. Die besten Tagliarin weit und breit.Auch mit den Kindern war es ein sehr angenehmer Abend Michele der uns betreute war sehr charmant und professionell zugleich. Chapeau an die ganze Crew e grazie mille!
