A pleasant discovery. We organized a fantastic stag party with 16 people in this beautiful venue where we spent a splendid evening, with food, various starters and recommended meats, and excellent quality wine. Well trained and friendly staff. The owner is a worthy host.

In addition to having eaten divinely, I was struck by the kindness of the staff. During dinner I had to wrap my dental masks in a handkerchief since I didn't have the box with me to store them. When I returned home, however, I realized that I had forgotten my handkerchief on the table. It was almost midnight when the staff, answering my call, started looking for the device among the garbage. The next day I went to collect the kindly recovered masks. I think it's not for everyone to start rummaging through the rubbish, especially at closing time, after a day of work. This adds to the already beautiful culinary experience experienced in their restaurant.

Massima soddisfazione per il pranzo appena effettuato. Ho conosciuto questo locale tramite passaparola e devo dire il consiglio è stato assolutamente gradito. Locale molto carino e raccolto, dà sensazione di intimità. Personale di sala squisito e davvero simpatico e cordiale. È chiaro che a farla da padrona è il cibo: e da Eusebio, tutto, dagli antipasti alla carne, passando per birre e amari, è stato ai massimi livelli. Carne ottimamente preparata, morbida e gustosa, abbondante e accompagnata da abbinamenti di sapori sempre azzeccati. Se Eusebio svetta qui su TripAdvisor e su altre piattaforme, è perché gestito da persone che hanno evidentemente a cuore il proprio lavoro e sanno trattare le carni nella giusta maniera. Assolutamente consigliato.

Andare la prima volta per un’occasione particolare e piacevole al ristorante da Eusebio e’ stato meraviglioso , ho assaggiato la carne di asina anche qui per la prima volta cottura e sapore indescrivibile, il brodo di bue e asina io che conosco ristoranti di quasi tutto il pianeta sono rimasto esterrefatto e che dire della salsiccia siciliana commissionata da un nostro paesino dell’ entroterra fantastica. Silvia padrona di casa di una classe gentilezza infinita , sprigiona gioia e vita da tutti i pori dei suoi eccelsi atteggiamenti e Eusebio un omone con uno sguardo di pace e un cuore di fanciullo allegro e sincero nel cuore e cucina con una passione pazzesca che gli chef stellati credetemi mi fanno sorridere . Alla fine avendo saputo per quale motivo sono andato con mia moglie ha preso una buonissima bottiglia di Francia corta che costava più della mia cena e l’ha donata . Aggiungo che il vino della casa del vitigno sirah lo avrei pagato per tre volte in più . Eccezionale. Credo che questa sia la mia recensione più importante che abbia scritto . Grazie Silvia&Eusebio
