Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, aber gewisse Abzüge in der kulinarischen Ausgestaltung. Das Lokal ist sehr schön, die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich habe das vollständige Degustationsmenü gewählt. Vorweg: Es ist seinen Preis wert. Und trotzdem hat es mich nicht vollständig überzeugt. Häufig ist in den einzelnen Gängen etwas zu viel.. sei es an der Menge (z.B. beim Gruss aus der Küche oder beim warmen Voressen oder dann an der Menge an Brot - das grenzt an Lebensmittelverschwendung...) oder an den verschiedenen Fleischkonstellationen (z.B. beim warmen Voressen). Der Blaukäse war toll, aber so intensiv, dass er bis in den süssen Nachtisch hinein präsent war (Zabaione). Dieses wiederum war hervorragend, falls man es auf das Zabione aus der Pfanne begrenzt hätte (all das bunte Süsszeug auf dem Teller war eigentlich unnötig und hat von der Essenz des Zabiones abgelenkt). Ähnlich war es beim warmen Voressen... der Apfel in den Voltini (oder was es war) hätte einen saureren Geschmack haben dürfen. Noch einmal: Das war ein sehr schöner kulinarischer Abend und er war es wert. Aber ich wünsche der Küche mehr Fokus auf den reinen Geschmack...

Highly recommended hotel, newly renovated, with very attentive service. The breakfast buffet is very plentiful and delicious by Italian standards! Great location, close to the train station and the city center, yet still relatively quiet.

The Hotel Eurosola is exactly what I was looking for. It's very stylish and decorated with great attention to detail. Beautiful, vibrant colors perfectly blended with natural materials. A warm welcome immediately created a comfortable atmosphere. The room had everything you could need. It's very new and modern. The breakfast also leaves nothing to be desired. A special thank you goes to the entire team. They were friendly and helpful. I, and all of us (there were five of us), felt very comfortable here. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night. Our goal is to definitely come back!

A tastefully and lovingly furnished hotel right next to the train station with a restaurant. A breakfast buffet with a wide selection for both sweet and savory palates. A friendly welcome at the reception. The rooms were very clean; compliments to the housekeeping staff. I would be happy to come back...

I made a reservation for 2 nights. Unfortunately due to bad weather it is not possible to go to Domodossola. I would have had to pay a cancellation fee for one night, according to the terms of the reservation. I asked the Hotel if they agreed to make a commercial gesture by not making me pay the cancellation fees. They were great! Full of understanding, they agreed not to charge me any fees. I congratulate them on this great commercial gesture! As the trip has been postponed, I will not fail to book with them!

Locale molto curato con personale estremamente professionale ma simpatico e cordiale. Piatti eccezionali presentati benissimo. Sapori unici ed equilibrati. Una vera gioia per il palato. Complimenti allo chef e alla sua gentilissima consorte.

Had a great meal at the market on Saturday and was served very, very nicely by Cinzia and Sara. I had fun and admired the calmness with which everyone served.
