Best hotel ever! Great location (easy to get to, very walkable, pharmacy nearby, great restaurants nearby, close to lake), beautiful hotel, great price, spacious, outstanding breakfast, nice & helpful staff. The room on the 5th floor was the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in with the best balcony view ever. Views from every window were breathtaking. I'd move in if I could. We were there for a wedding and wish we had stayed longer because it was so beautiful!! Highly recommend staying here! You won't regret it.

I've had the pleasure of staying at this property several times, and I always carry fond memories of it. The location is very central and convenient to everything; in just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the thermal baths, the main street with its arcades, the Christmas markets, the Forst, and the train station. The atmosphere is lovely, with a retro, Art Nouveau feel. The breakfast/dinner room is gorgeous. The rooms are small but comfortable. Very friendly staff, and special thanks to Andreas.

Very well conserved hotel, with old furniture and beautiful interior, with a pleasant modern touch at the same time. I found the staff quite unfriendly, which seems though to be a given in Meran. as if tourism was not what they lived of. Poor standards

Even though we were staying in another hotel, we stopped a couple of times to eat at the bar of the Hotel Splendid, where my parents often came 30 years ago. Times have changed. Initially, good, average prices, perfect location, but the service was a bit poor, with the young, not-so-bright girls. Greetings!

Wir waren früh schon mal hier und richtig begeistert. Jetzt war das Mittagessen richtig schlecht. Die Pilzsuppe hatte kaum Geschmack und war zu dickflüssig. Der Spargel war viel zu hart, die Kartoffeln ebenfalls. Leider sehr enttäuschend.
