Good granita with quality ingredients. I appreciated the use of raw materials: velvety almond with intense flavor and not too sweet; lemon with small peels that enhance its quality. The only thing was some pieces of ice that remained in the mouth but the flavors were present and never invasive. To try again with ice cream.
