I booked a table for two for lunch; they welcomed us and brought us some truly excellent and delicious appetizers while we waited. Next, we ordered a Tropea tartare appetizer (many compliments both for the quality of the meat and the truly excellent preparation) and omakase nigiri. For our first course, we had a very special but, above all, rich and delicious carbonara. Finally, we opted for a Prussian heifer and a Podolica tagliata, both with a side of baked potatoes and a bottle of Ciro' Rosso. The fillet was truly tender and excellent, nothing more to say... simply excellent 🤩 I highly recommend this experience to everyone, at least once in their life 🥰 P.S. Locale ben curato nel centro di Reggio, ampia disponibilità di posti nonostante il weekend. Cameriere impacciato, privo di conoscenze della materia prima offerta. Chef disponibile, ci ha proposto anche qualcosa fuori menù. Prezzi sopra la media, ma questo è ben chiaro come target del locale. Errori nei piatti, dimenticanze nel servizio (non ci è stato chiesto se gradissimo del vino) non rendono giustizia alla qualità dei piatti e del locale, si può assolutamente far di meglio.
