Good quality of raw materials (fish). The bread was not fresh daily. Some dishes were "tasty", others "silly". Service to be reviewed (we were first served 2 starters and 1 first course, then another first course and the second course, then first the coffee and then the dessert)... meh! Prices normal. Nice and clean environment.

Informal place, not very large, average service. In addition to the "off menu" it offers a nice list of good dishes, in particular the second courses are of a superior level (I recommend the Red Tuna Tagliata which is something spectacular), average prices.

Let's say everything is fine if I have to make a criticism the mushrooms the batter is not needed they were soaked in oil better to flour them they are much better

A friend of ours from Grosseto introduced us to this restaurant. In typical German style, we were the first guests to arrive at 7pm. We were immediately impressed by the menu of this surprisingly bright restaurant. Mainly fish or seafood dishes are offered. They gave us excellent advice when choosing. The dishes that the kitchen then served us impressed us both visually and from a taste point of view. We ate well, tasty and reasonably priced and drank regional wine. By the way, the restaurant was full from 8pm (and we were the only tourists, which speaks in favor of the restaurant). It was a successful evening!

Small but nice place, the food is really good (handmade pasta), the fish tortelli were exceptional, the presentation of the dishes was spectacular and the staff were friendly. Excellent quality/price ratio. I recommend trying.

Absolutely worth trying if you are in the area! Furthermore, paella is available on Thursday evenings which turned out to be a pleasant discovery!! We will definitely be back

29/01/2025: The name “Barakà” recalls the charm and peculiar beauty of the place, an authentic journey between cultures which is also reflected in the dishes offered. Beyond the precious wooden entrance door, which seems to enclose its treasure like a treasure chest, an enveloping and relaxing exotic atmosphere is gradually revealed, made up of Mediterranean-oriental settings, music and flavours. The menu, carefully designed and well balanced, combines local ingredients from the Maremma with international influences, creating high quality cuisine without being distracting. Every detail, from the decor to the presentation of the dishes, is carefully studied, while the service, fast and friendly, makes the experience even more pleasant. Prices take into account the exclusivity of the place, the quality of the raw materials, the creativity of the dishes and their skilful preparation.
28/01/2025: Matteo is an exceptional restaurateur, an artist in designing menus and arranging his restaurant. Barakà offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere all year round! They also created a gorgeous bitter "Amargo" that I recommend trying.

08/12/2024: What to say.... the tagliatelle with chestnut flour and Cinta Senese ragù were delicious, while the pici all'aglione were seasoned with a mouth-watering creamy sauce. The peposo was so tender that it melted in your mouth, I have never tasted such tender and tasty meat. And finally the cake... simple, with fresh cream and lemon cream, with soft sponge cake, slightly moistened with liqueur, a delight for the palate...
