New environment, you can see it, very nice, kind and skilled staff. We took fish for 3 people, generous and delicious portions, with a good presentation. Just one note: you have to use less salt, and be careful not to over-salt the sauce, otherwise it turns out to be excessively salty. I love tasty food, but for my (elderly) it was too salty. Better to bring salt to the table instead. It is still a restaurant where we will gladly return when passing through Grosseto.

Intimate, well-decorated, and spotlessly clean atmosphere. Excellent food, incredibly fresh fish, perfect portions, and dishes prepared with attention to every detail. Highly recommended!

Etruria 2.0 is a fish specialty restaurant in Grosseto. Inconspicuously located on a side street, it's unlikely that many tourists stumble upon it. We went on the recommendation of our host and weren't disappointed. Excellent fish dishes and friendly, attentive service. The value for money is outstanding. We will definitely come back, as we love fish.

I tried this restaurant for dinner with my mother during the week. We enter at 9.17pm asking if it was still possible to have dinner, the place practically empty. The rather cold welcome, we sit at the table and shortly after we order (I had barely finished reading the menu). We took something off the menu and the fish tortelli. Both very good, generous portions and average prices. It's really a shame about the lack of smiles from the staff. I can't say it was rude, but certainly no effort to make us feel welcome was made. At 10.05pm we leave the restaurant. We will return to try the other dishes on the menu which looked very interesting, hoping to find a little more "heat".

I had a very good meal. Nice, central location. A quiet evening, very good food, and friendly staff. The price was reasonable, in line with the quality of the food.
