The atmosphere is new, you can tell, very nice, and the staff is kind and skilled.
We had fish for three people; the portions were generous and delicious, beautifully presented.
Just one note: use less salt, and be careful not to over-salt the sauce, otherwise it becomes overly salty.
I love flavorful food, but for my (elderly) parents, it was too salty.
It's better to bring salt to the table instead.
In any case, it's a restaurant we'll gladly return to when we pass through Grosseto.

Etruria 2.0 is a fish specialty restaurant in Grosseto. Inconspicuously located on a side street, it's unlikely that many tourists stumble upon it. We went on the recommendation of our host and weren't disappointed. Excellent fish dishes and friendly, attentive service. The value for money is outstanding. We will definitely come back, as we love fish.

I tried this restaurant for a weekday dinner with my mother.
We arrived at 9:17 PM, asking if it was still possible to have dinner; the place was practically empty.
The welcome was rather cold; we sat down at the table and ordered shortly after (I had barely finished reading the menu).
We ordered an off-menu dish and the seafood tortello. Both were very good, with generous portions and average prices.
It was a real shame about the staff's lack of smiles. I can't say they were rude, but they certainly made no effort to make us feel welcome.
At 10:05 PM, we left the restaurant.
We'll return to try the other dishes on the menu, which looked very interesting, hoping to find a little more "warmth."
