I didn't stay but I saw the rooms and they seem really well furnished, the food is good and the choices made on the menu, even on Sundays (a la carte menu), make it possible to choose important dishes that otherwise you wouldn't have tried... the choice of wines is good

I was in this magnificent place today for an end of year meal with the hotel where I work. It was really good and fresh. The service was luxurious and very professional. The staff then asked for food without dried fruit and they really pampered me down to the smallest detail. advisable

I can't review the room because we only had dinner. Location not easily reachable in the evening (road from Linguaglossa completely dark around Etna), I recommend you go there from Bronte. Splendid location. The quality of the dinner is really high, both the 16-course starter and the first courses with truffles and panzerotti with chestnut cream are absolutely worth trying, the same goes for the desserts. Wide choice of wines.
Note of demerit unfortunately for the service, kind but very inattentive.
The restaurant is a must try you won't regret it.

A paradise in the middle of the mountain, unique views, next to Mount Etna, a truly incredible place, the incredible pool, the unique restaurant, everything super delicious and very well attended, 8 minutes from Randazzo, the place and the rooms are simply wonderful. very nice in winter also super quiet
