Etimo bistrot is excellent for aperitifs with friends or for a dinner based on pinza or one of the excellent first courses of the Roman tradition. Super friendly staff. Absolutely recommended

I am a regular customer. Courtesy goes hand in hand with the quality and taste of the food. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pleasant place guarantees privacy in a context always frequented by very polite people. One of the best pinsas I've ever eaten.

Locale piacevole e informale. Abbiamo mangiato dei falafel e delle polpettine come antipasto. Primi della tradizione romana buoni e abbondanti. Servizio cortese e conto nella norma. Lo proveremo prossimamente per un aperitivo.

05/10/2023: A pab in the internal part of the town.Ladispoli We liked the raw scampi, also the nice crispy fried tempura, a risto bar. Closed only at the beginning of October, the owner is courteous, as is the young waiter. On humid nights it is cold and a good place. OSTERIA DI BACCO
