When the group took over the Como brewery, both my wife and I, tasting the food, said to ourselves: "Finally, a group that represents Italian excellence!"
High-quality meats, fine olive oil, even the quality of the coffee is top-notch.
The menu is varied and offers a wide selection: they also cater to customers who want to spend less but still eat well; the business menus start at €13.
Out of curiosity, we read the restaurant's reviews: we expected to read all 5-star reviews, but instead, many (incredibly) are negative.
We still can't understand why, even though we've both traveled extensively and tried many restaurants abroad.
The complaints are: portions are too large (as if generosity were a flaw!), sub-par meat (totally absurd and untrue), and similar claims.
Luckily, I don't own a restaurant; otherwise, I'd be really pissed off reading all these lies.
Instead, I'd like to say to the group: "Keep it up! There are people who truly appreciate your service, the quality of the food you offer, and the attention you pay to value for money!"
Thank you so much, the brewery is always a guarantee.
