05/10/2025: Average experience at this restaurant. The food was decent, but the interactions with the waiters and the owner were rather cold and lacking in friendliness. As soon as we arrived, a bottle was placed and opened on the table without our being asked for our opinion. I don't particularly recommend this restaurant, which seems to prioritize profit over quality of service.

04/10/2025: The culinary experience at this restaurant is simply superb. It's hard to find anything like it in town. It's the only truly valid alternative to the now tired seafood menus. The cuisine is never banal, and uses excellent ingredients. Whether you're dining à la carte or enjoying a full-service banquet (I've tried both), it's a place that never disappoints. Never. It's impossible, almost sacrilegious, to come to Polignano and not eat at Piga.
