Amazing food and very thoughtful service. Value for money is almost unbeatable. The tasting menu and wine pairing matched very well. Will return.
PS: cannot recommend the biscuits for dessert.

Well guys, all that's missing is the Michelin star.
Extremely attentive and punctual service.
The dishes were explained without resulting in excessive talk.
The quality of the raw materials is extremely high, the expertise and respect in their use is extreme and can be seen in the dishes.
The guys in the room are very knowledgeable and ready for any need presented by customers.
The place is very well looked after, with a room suitable for giving the right customer care, also guaranteed by the small number of tables.

The “scampi in saor” had a sweeter and less sour taste than the traditional recipe.
Excellent cardoon risotto.
Light tiramisu because the mascarpone is not pure but mixed with something else (it seems to me).
We appreciate the appetizer offered to start the meal.

Great experience, the waitress welcomed us very well and gave us advice (excellent French, we were able to chat with her without problem). They paid attention to my intolerances and served me gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free dishes, from appetizers to main courses.

A beautiful modern restaurant that doesn’t cross any lines in order to modernize the dishes. The selection of natural wines is absolutely astounding and is alone good enough to visit.
The razor clams were concentrated and sublime at the same time, no fuss here but an excellent dish. The mantis shrimp with artichoke and crunchy chard leaves was absolutely delicate and sublime, perfect reflection of flavors that complement each other.
The pumpkin gnocchi were a perfect complement to saffron infused clam fish sauce with some greens adding texture. Busara worked very well with gremolata and was exactly the way we like it.
Tiramisu and semifreddo were a touch more imaginative than we prefer, cream a touch too thick, overall a touch too sweet. Good, just less exquisite than the mains.
Wines and service were beyond reproach. We will most certainly be back.

A very pleasant discovery behind the large school of S. Rocco, impeccable service, excellent choice of wines and special dishes and with non-obvious combinations.
Homemade pumpkin gnocchi with "garusoli" and stratospheric turnip greens!!
The final fennel sorbet deserves a special mention!
Definitely coming back, congratulations to all the staff!

Situato nel Sestiere di Cannaregio, Estro è una Cicchetteria dove poter pranzare velocemente, in modo gustoso, mentre si girovaga per Venezia.
Accogliente, colorato, la proprietaria è gentile e accogliente.
I cicchetti sono buoni e c'è anche una bella scelta di vini.
Consigliato!!!

Ristorante dalla bella atmosfera in centro a Venezia. Abbiamo preso il menu degustazione con antipasto primo e dessert a 45 euro. Ottimi i cannolicchi, saporito il risotto ai funghi strepitosa la mousse al cioccolato bianco e the nero.
