Unfortunately did not have the most pleasant experience. I did not get the tasting menu, which in hindsight was not the best idea, but if anything can be said about the quality of a restaurant from a la carte basics like steak, then I can only give 3.5/5 stars. Ordered meat/cheese plate for appetizers, tartare and spaghetti for first dish, and Entrecote for second. Tartare was excellent, very fresh and refreshing, definitely very good appetizer plate with a good amount of meat, although not traditional. Spaghetti was uninspired. Entrecote ordered medium rare was sent rare. Meat seemed good quality fortunately. The medium well steak was sent well done and inedible with unpleasant char on the outside. I would suggest picking the chef menu to see the potential of the restaurant, otherwise it seems that it is not at all ambitious to get stars. The worst part of the dinner was the incessant flow of street beggars and junk peddlers, but I don't think the restaurant can really do anything in that regard.

The best risotto ever, highly recommend. Spaghetti also very good it’s not marked but it is vegan.

Excellent location on Piazza della Rinascita a few steps from the sea. Very nice environment. Varied and pleasant menu. Only one small negative note for the cod with tomato and crusco pepper, with a very good seasoning but not well absorbed by the food (probably stockfish?). Very positive note for the aubergines parmesan, the dessert and the sweets paired with coffee. A plus for the courtesy and friendliness of the waitress and the chef.

chi ha la passione per la cucina e si sia cimentato ai fornelli, può capire immediatamente la grande tecnica messa in campo dallo chef. Grande lavoro sulle ricette e sulle preparazioni. Curiosi e non consueti abbinamenti. Grande lavoro ad un prezzo decisamente onesto che, se paragonato ai prezzi applicati da alcuni Risto-mercenari ed alla luce di quanto appena detto, potrebbe essere considerato quasi irrisorio. Onore al merito e all'onesta intellettuale dello chef!
