Gourmet New Year's Eve in an intimate and familiar environment at the same time.

Recommended by the "Michelin" guide from which I am happy to follow suggestions and directions. The Bistrot Estro' (with the accent on the o 🤣😂), is located in Piazza della Rinascita, which is to say the living room of Pescara. The Pescara of the long and well-kept pedestrian area. Friendly welcome, well-kept and cozy place. Very interesting menu with a very varied proposal. The aubergine parmigiana proposed in a new original way with cod and gazpacho were excellent. The veal with tuna sauce revisited by the chef's skilled hands is also interesting. Just one note…. The wines represent a "plus" in the context of the dinner. It would have been very interesting to be able to choose, among the wines available, some different typologies and above all vinified with different methodologies (the pecorino was only in the "macerated" variant). Finally, make this detail explicit to the waiter or, in that case, to the discreet and capable waitress, it is really important. However, the opinion remains excellent.

Abbiamo voluto riprovare questo bistrot dopo diverso tempo e devo dire di essermi trovato assolutamente bene. In premessa c'è da dire che è dotato di una vasta cantina con prezzi a salire. Abbiamo voluto iniziare con una gustosissima tartare di black angus, seguita da una discreta degustazione di formaggi. A seguire una goduriosa ed abbondante chitarrina al ragù. Ambiente carino, con possibilità di stare anche all'aperto sotto i portici di piazza Salotto. Prezzo giusto e liquore offerta a fine pranzo. Veramente non male.

Esta es una joya excepcional en la mejor ubicación de Pescara. El ambiente es precioso, el servicio perfecto y la comida es la mejor que hemos comido en Italia. El chef Alfonso tiene una visión creativa de los platos clásicos italianos. Y todo está delicioso.

What a surprise to find such an amazing restaurant in the town of Pescara. Chef Alfonso is truly a creative genius. We had amazing food, with an incredible wine list and impeccable service. Don’t miss this gem.

Amazing food and wine. No wonder why it has Michelin stars. Service kind and attentive. I recommend the tiramisu and yoghurt dessert.

Quite good food, some lacking in flavour, some flavoursome. Technique was there with everything well executed but not enough flavour. Best dish was miso roasted pork. Good wine.

This was by far the best meal I've had in a long time. New York, London, Dubai... this small and unassuming restaurant can compete with them all. The ambience is very simple, the food is even better and every course is a new delight for the palate. If you haven't eaten here yet, you've definitely missed something culinary in your life..!!! We had the 4-course tasting menu, which was excellent: baccalà with gazpacho, rigatoni with a bolognese-type sauce, blackened pork with a Japanese twist, and yogurt semifreddo with a sour cherry sauce, as well as a nice bottle of Cerasuolo. Everything was really exquisite, and the service was excellent. Our only complaint was the music - tuneless, relentless, monotonous club music that sounds like it was written by an AI. For such a nice restaurant, why not play some nice jazz?
