Quite good food, some lacking in flavour, some flavoursome. Technique was there with everything well executed but not enough flavour. Best dish was miso roasted pork. Good wine.

This was by far the best meal I've had in a long time. New York, London, Dubai... this small and unassuming restaurant can compete with them all.
The ambience is very simple, the food is even better and every course is a new delight for the palate. If you haven't eaten here yet, you've definitely missed something culinary in your life..!!!
And please excuse the photo - it was just too tasty and gone too quickly.. ❤️🇮🇹

We had the 4-course tasting menu, which was excellent: baccalà with gazpacho, rigatoni with a bolognese-type sauce, blackened pork with a Japanese twist, and yogurt semifreddo with a sour cherry sauce, as well as a nice bottle of Cerasuolo. Everything was really exquisite, and the service was excellent. Our only complaint was the music - tuneless, relentless, monotonous club music that sounds like it was written by an AI. For such a nice restaurant, why not play some nice jazz?

You will eat very good food here. Went there and try their 4 course menu. Price is very affordable compared to other restaurants that offer similar level of quality, food is excellent. All in all, it’s a must try if you want to have culinary experience with affordable price

Young, imaginative and innovative restaurant idea.
Although some dishes did not fully reflect my tastes and I believe that some combinations were not up to par with the excellent raw materials and capable of enhancing their authenticity and flavours, our experience in this restaurant was very positive; as well as the proposed restaurant idea, which was overall very successful.
I would also like to point out that my experience may have been spoiled by the courses of the tasting menu served to us which, being an impromptu idea of the chef and subject to continuous variations (and probably to the availability of raw materials and leftovers in the chef's fridge), they may not fully reflect the tastes of the diner who has no say in the dishes that will be served to him.
You have to know how to play the game, although the game isn't always worth the risk.
Nonetheless, I reiterate that the experience was overall more than positive; as well as the final bill, largely in line with the proposed catering idea and the dishes served to us.
We will definitely return but I don't think we will opt for the tasting menu again

We chose the chef's 5 course special menu. 2 appetizers, 1 main course, 1 main course and finally 1 dessert arrived. All the dishes were prepared with real care and were delicious. The interior ambience of the place is nice but could be better, but unfortunately the exterior ambiance resembles a normal restaurant. However, this place is far beyond a normal restaurant with the chef's touches and I think it deserves the Michelin Bib Gourmand reputation.

Nella centralissima Piazza Salotto (piazza della Rinascita) il locale è accogliente, intimo e ben curato negli arredi e nella pulizia; il servizio è attento, Pina in sala e' professionale e perspicace . I piatti superlativi, accurati dai sapori delicati, una cucina aperta ai gusti di tutti, dall'impiattamento ricercato. Il prezzo è onesto e se rapportato alla location ed alla qualità dei prodotti non è affatto alto. Anzi. Ci torneremo.
