Excellent location directly on the lake, spectacular view. The structure is beautiful but it should be looked after a little more and modernized. The staff is very kind. Excellent breakfast, plentiful and very varied.

We stayed at this hotel over New Year's Eve. We liked it very much. The terrace with a view of the lake is simply fantastic. The room is very small - but it was super warm and cozy. The bathroom has everything you need. Staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was okay. Perhaps I would also like to mention - although to our complete satisfaction - it is more of a 3 star level. We paid over 200 euros per night (with breakfast) - probably on New Year's Eve

Hotel on the lake a stone's throw from the center of Desenzano. Terrace practically overlooking the water and the breakfast room with large windows offering an amazing view. Very comfortable room and large bathroom. The look is a little vintage but clean and functional. Private and free parking. In summer also restaurant. Abundant sweet and savory breakfast. Friendly reception. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel overlooking the lake, the staff were kind and attentive to every need, the structure was very clean, we spent a very comfortable and pleasant weekend. We will return for sure 🤗

Visited the restaurant and it was our favourite food and service of the entire holiday. Staff are very welcoming, attentive and helpful. The food is also very tasty and great portions. Lovely views of the lake and outdoor seating.
