Dinner at Establo was truly unforgettable! The grilled meat is out of this world: tender, tasty and cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable, with a kind staff who paid attention to every detail. The location is beautiful, well-kept and with a welcoming atmosphere that makes the experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended for those who love good food and want to spend a special evening!

The venue is magnificent. Fantastic atmosphere and everything very well looked after. The lady has a strong character, but she knows how to do her job well and she cares about it, excellent. Delicious meat. The delicious side dishes. The service is excellent and fast, plus they know how to advise. Very honest prices. Truly a fantastic experience, highly recommended.

25/03/2025: Great chalet on the side of run 97 slightly out the way but worth it!
24/03/2025: We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm, the place and the staff welcomed us warmly. We were delighted by good drink and good food. We would like to recommend this restaurant to all those looking for peace, tranquility, an evocative place and good food!

14/06/2025: I had delicious stuffed zucchini flowers and the famous agnolotti plin— stuffed with meat in a brown sauce. The women who served me were lovely. A very nice local restaurant off the beaten track a bit.
29/05/2025: Right! This is the right place. Strong personality expressed with grace and discretion, splendid hand in the kitchen, by the book, meticulous care, exemplary dishes. And if this is not exclusive in a city that has a sublime and ancient relationship with food, here the naturalness without presumption with which perfect dishes are served is surprising.
