What a wonderful discovery! My wife and I were invited by my employer to dine at this wonderful restaurant and were thrilled. The atmosphere is splendid: rustic, welcoming, and meticulously crafted. The appetizers were excellent, rich in authentic flavors, while the mixed grilled meats were a true delight, cooked to perfection. The delicious desserts and quality wine rounded out a truly impeccable dining experience. Special thanks to the owner, a kind and always smiling person who makes you feel right at home. And the icing on the cake? The adorable donkey Ciro, who makes the place even more unique and charming! We'll definitely be back, more than once!

How could I not begin with the name of the street, "Pastime Street": just reading it put me in a state of calm, of serenity. Here you eat grilled meat done as it should be, freshly made, by the expert hands of the chef who knows. And as we know, grilling takes time, the time that must pass between when you choose and when the creation is ready, not a minute too long, not a minute too short. The lady at the cash register, with a genuine and unassuming kindness, piqued our curiosity, told us the history of the complex, a former 18th-century convent, of which she showed us some delightful corners. My impression was that L'Establo is the brainchild of two dreamers who made a life choice more than 40 years ago, and visiting them is a chance to see how it turned out. It was a July evening, and as we left satisfied with our dinner, in the dark parking lot—one of the few remaining corners where the night is still dark—we were enchanted by the sight of a sky full of stars. Jokingly, and I hope the owners don't hold it against me, I've been tempted to nickname the place "Frittole." Those of us who are quite old like me will understand the reference. I can't wait to go back.

A wonderful experience. The restaurant is housed in a ruined farmhouse, with exposed brick and terracotta floors, contrasted by more modern details, such as spotlights. There's also a pleasant outdoor area. Inside, a highly visual display features a series of grills where excellent grilled meats and slices of meat are prepared. Speaking of cuisine, gourmet dishes are also available. Impeccable service and courtesy!
