Essenza In San miniato

Beautiful environment. A nice place with a beautiful view. We were lucky enough to have a private table on the balcony with a view. Handsome! Silent, secluded. Definitely quality food, I really liked the dessert. Considering the price I expected much more from the first course, which was honestly excellent because the truffle was fresh and plentiful but the pasta itself lacked flavor and above all it was lukewarm not hot. Excellent wine, served incorrectly. Service a little pressured. With the last bite still in our mouths, they were already taking our plates away from the table. However it deserves to be visited again.

Quiet, comfortable, familiar environment, without losing the touch of class and elegance. Excellent food... from breakfast to dinner, we tried every type of meal. Excellent cocktails, extensive wine list. We also stopped by Essenza on New Year's Eve and on this occasion too they did not disappoint... very high quality in every dish. Impeccable service. Fixed stop in San Miniato for the second consecutive year. We highly recommend it

5 stars and praise! We spent New Year's Eve at Essenza in San Miniato: fantastic dinner! Varied and delicious dishes, served with care and speed. We also had lunch on another day enjoying some excellent pici with Cinta Senese ragù...fantastic! Not just food though, Essenza offers a variety of products in an elegant and refined atmosphere: from coffee to herbal teas and from cocktails to local wines. Absolutely recommended!

...very nice place with many themed rooms...we had dinner here tasting some dishes with truffles but the restaurant also has an interesting fish menu...very good and highly recommended

It's a real pleasure to spend a late evening in this nice, well-kept place with the always very kind managers who make you feel at home!! Very nice.

We have returned to this restaurant thanks to the attention received and the dishes. Highly recommended, on Saturdays you have to reserve. We have also repeated their tiramisu. Spectacular.
