Very nice and well looked after place, polite and helpful staff, especially the manager. The aperitif is very rich, all delicious and tasty products. Highly recommended!

The location is very nice and welcoming, with plenty of seating, the staff is courteous and helpful. The food is excellent and of high quality but the service and management of the spaces need to be improved: we were four people and together with two sandwiches and two crepes with Nutella, we also ordered a Coke to drink. In addition to the dry snacks to accompany it, we also asked for a hot rotisserie dish (not included in some drinks such as the Coke as we were told) but the order never arrived at the table, despite many and different reminders to the waiters and not taking into account that the same dish ordered was also included in the final bill (we noticed this by looking at the receipt and we pointed it out to the waiter by sending it back). Furthermore, at the cash register, only when paying, we understood that the final price also included the cover charge, when on the order delivered to the table during consumption it was indicated with a cost equal to 0. Long waiting times and errors of this kind should be avoided, especially given the fact that the service provided was inefficient and the environment where they gave us the table was outdoors and made the stay unpleasant due to the cold, despite the heating. I also suggest making the evenings more dynamic and engaging with entertainment music and/or themed evenings (especially on holidays). Hoping to have given some ideas for improvement, I believe that the place still has many strong points and above all a sufficiently homogeneous clientele to make it an alternative place to spend a pleasant evening in company.

La location è molto carina e accogliente, con tanti posti a sedere, il personale è cortese e disponibile. La cucina è ottima e di qualità ma il servizio e la gestione degli spazi devono essere migliorati: eravamo quattro persone e insieme a due panini e a due crepes con Nutella, abbiamo ordinato anche una coca cola da bere. Accanto alla stuzzicheria secca di accompagnamento abbiamo chiesto anche un piatto caldo di rosticceria (non incluso in alcune bevande come la coca cola come ci è stato detto) ma l'ordine non è mai arrivato, nonostante tanti e differenti solleciti ai camerieri e non tenendo poi conto che lo stesso piatto ordinato ci è stato anche incluso nel conto finale (ce ne siamo accorte noi guardando lo scontrino e lo abbiamo fatto presente al cameriere facendo ritornare indietro). Per di più, alla cassa, solo al momento di pagare, abbiamo capito che nel prezzo totale fosse incluso anche il coperto, quando sull'ordinativo sopraggiunto al tavolo durante la consumazione è stato indicato con costo pari a 0. Tempi di attesa lunghi e errori di questo genere dovrebbero essere evitati, soprattutto in virtù del fatto che il servizio reso è stato poco efficiente e l'ambiente dove ci hanno dato il tavolo era all'aperto e ha reso poco piacevole la permanenza a causa del freddo, nonostante i riscaldamenti. Suggerisco, inoltre, di rendere le serate più dinamiche e coinvolgenti con musica di intrattenimento e/o con serate a tema (in particolare in occasione dei festivi). Sperando di aver dato qualche spunto di miglioramento, credo che il locale abbia comunque tanti punti di forza e soprattutto una clientela abbastanza omogenea da renderlo un posto alternativo per passare una serata piacevole in compagnia.
