Ottima struttura con tavolini a servizio della caffetteria. Servizio impeccabile, cassa separata e abbondanza di personale in tenuta regolare. Ottimo caffè cornetti dolci associati. Ambienti arredati con pregio e funzionali. Servizi annessi e in genere pulizia encomiabile.

Ristorante Evo

05/06/2025: Always a risk, we went back to Evo for a second meal after a previous very good one. We needn't have worried. My wife and I had beefsteak/Pasta with Scampi. Delicious! Service from Carmen was great and friendly. We both had the Tiramasu for dessert - this seems to be a home made house speciality and is fantastic. It was a little quiet when we dined but we enjoyed our second meal there just as much as the first. Well done Evo!
02/06/2025: I was here with friends last Saturday. The restaurant was closed but the owners, who were extremely kind, opened for us. We had a great time: fantastic and plentiful food and impeccable service. A special mention also to Mr. Michele, the hairdresser who has a salon next to the church of San Nicola, who suggested it to us and accompanied us. Thank you!!!!

02/09/2025: Very good pizzeria in the heart of Conversano. The pizzas are delicious!
29/08/2025: Historic pizzeria located in the historic center with a spectacular view of Conversano Castle where you can eat excellent pizzas with discreet service...I recommend it to everyone.
