We made a reservation for New Year's Eve even though we hadn't yet arrived in the city, and the experience was truly wonderful. The food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The owner personally attends to guests and is incredibly kind and friendly. The prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

Noyon was very welcoming, welcoming us politely and kindly. It's not like many other restaurants, as it's just around the corner from the main road. Traditional dishes are simply prepared with care. Thank you, WUAGLIU'

Nothing special... the carbonara was good, but plentiful. The mixed supplì (cacio e pepe, carbonara, gricia, and another I can't remember) were good. Average compared to other "tourist trattorias" in the capital...

A wonderful discovery! We returned twice in two days. We stumbled upon Ristorante Esperia almost by accident, but it was one of the most pleasant surprises of our business trip to Rome. There were four of us, and we ordered traditional Roman dishes, and they were simply exquisite: authentic flavors and perfectly cooked.
What made the experience unforgettable, however, was the welcome. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and made you feel immediately at ease. A special mention goes to the owner, a truly lovely person who treated us not just as customers, but as valued guests. We had such a great time that we wanted to return the next day, just before leaving. Highly recommended.
