The coffee is good, in my opinion; the blend is a bit too sweet, but as long as you leave out the sugar, it's still excellent. The place has its own distinct historical identity, very charming. You can only drink standing inside; otherwise, there are tables outside.

Pistachio croissant was really good. I tried barley coffee for the first time and it was good too. Surprisingly both these together cost less than 4Eur. There’s not much seating though just 2 standing tables.

A very good , real Italian espresso coffee bar. Standing only, no seats: you order it, get it immediately after, drink it, and off you go. Don't ask for a latte, this is an Italian coffee shop!

I wasn't familiar with Ernani Café, and it was a lovely discovery. The place is welcoming and intimate, with a lovely, relaxing outdoor area right on Corso Buenos Aires. The people who work there are serious, yet very professional. Highly recommended!

Everything is truly delicious, starting with the coffee, of course. Ernani has been synonymous with quality for decades. The location, staff, and products are top-notch. Highly recommended!

07/01/2026: There's little to complain about at Peck. Food excellence. The only thing I don't like is the wait to place orders. Long lines... at those prices during rush hours, you don't expect to have to wait.
07/01/2026: We had a lovely meal at Peck today, my minestrone was incredible and the eggplant parmigiana was really well made. My crème caramel was also exceptional. It was firm with a good consistency. And then after you went down to the Enoteca and purchased biscotti and nougat. Highly recommended.

11/02/2026: I've known this place for 25 years. I used to come here for lunch many years ago and had fond memories of it. I returned today and thought it was gone, like so many other great places in Milan that have now disappeared. But it's still there! I had a stew with fresh porcini mushrooms and potatoes, an excellent tiramisu, and my husband had a delicious chocolate and pear cake. Very reasonable prices for the area...what can I say? Highly recommended!
31/01/2026: An excellent restaurant for a business lunch. The food is well-prepared, reasonably priced (we're in central Milan), and the service is excellent. And the service is prompt, ideal for those short on time for lunch.
