A lovely place with a very well-maintained outdoor space, friendly staff, and fast service. The food deserves top marks, everything delicious from start to finish. Their artisanal pistachio ice cream is truly exceptional!

The atmosphere was welcoming, the exterior was beautiful, and the dining area was very intimate. The food was high quality, but perhaps they could enhance it more by providing a better story behind the dishes.

The location is beautiful, very easy to reach, and offers the great advantage of excellent parking. From the first moment, the staff was excellent, welcoming, and professional. The culinary experience was impeccable: I especially recommend the shrimp tartare, truly exquisite. The catch of the day was also truly delicious, perfectly enhanced by the lime mayonnaise. To accompany everything, there's an excellent selection of wines. To top it all off, the desserts are excellent, like the chocolate cube. Everything was fantastic; it's a charming place that I highly recommend.

A very beautiful location. The staff is very friendly, but the service takes a long time. The food quality is good, but not exceptional; the best course was dessert, a truly excellent mousse with chopped almonds. We found the price a bit excessive.

We had a good meal, but due to the service, we wouldn't eat at Erminia Cucina again. If you go there, you should be aware that the portions are rather small and the prices are quite high. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio isn't really right.

Inside the Erminia Cucina Agricola farmhouse, a delightful discovery of the restaurant of the same name, among the dishes offered, cooked by chef Massimiliano Tasselli, we enjoyed the excellent clam risotto with salted lemon, the bombette (fried pasta) and the house desserts.

I went for lunch on Sunday with my family. The atmosphere was very pleasant, from the owners to the staff. The dishes we tasted reflected Chef Tasselli's experience and sophistication. I highly recommend them.

We ate at the restaurant during our hotel stay and the food was very good, the service was also excellent, and the waiter was friendly.

A little gem nestled in the Salento countryside, just a few kilometers from the sea. Tables offer open views of the surrounding countryside. The atmosphere is quiet and at times relaxing, thanks to the lush greenery. Excellent dishes, with a menu that frequently features new dishes. Highly recommended are the grilled asparagus, radicchio with bergamot, and the "palummare" mousse. Attentive and courteous staff.
