Fantastic experience! This pizzeria has quickly become one of my favorites. The pizza dough is simply exceptional: light, fluffy, yet fragrant, perfectly leavened, and highly digestible. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation.

12/05/2026: It's still under the same management, I've been told, but it's changed from "radici" to "boccarossa." A beautiful place, simple and elegant. Music in the background, ideal for a light-hearted evening. A selection of beautifully presented charcuterie and cheese platters is available. But you can also enjoy a drink.
