Good bread (not a given), focaccia with excellent raw ham, good pinsa, good spaghetti with clams and sautéed mussels. Service 👍. Tables and chairs off average, but I'm uncomfortable almost everywhere.

Here you can eat really, really well. Small trattoria, where the quality of the food reigns supreme. Fabio, the owner, passing between the tables, points out how attentive he is to the customer's needs, without ever being intrusive. Very good first courses. I ate the best pork shank cooked at low temperature here. If you find yourself passing through the area, this stop is a must.

21/08/2024: A very pleasant discovery in the alleys of Frascati...nice surroundings, good food and really super staff...what more could you want?! Highly recommended!!
21/08/2024: We went last night for dinner in this very welcoming place in the historic center of Frascati. Staff with a smile and Amedeo a very kind person....but the most important thing...we ate very well! We had carbonara, amazing, pappardelle with white ragù and truffle, bionissime, a sliced ​​with collonata lard, very tender meat and finally classic tiramisu and panna cotta with berries, both homemade, really good! advised!!!!

10/12/2024: Like at home...food for 10...for 9...reservations are recommended...unbeatable service (the waiter served us in perfect Spanish)....great Roman atmosphere...no need to throw away the coin to the fountain to return to Rome...if you eat here...you come back...thank you very much
05/12/2024: This is an excellent restaurant it has that ambience of people who care about customers. The food is great all our dishes we had were very good get there early to get a table.
