⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptionally delicious and unique experience in Rome! Ristorante Er Primo Fusion is a true culinary gem! Everything we tried was incredibly tasty – the owner recommended traditional Japanese and Chinese dishes that were fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is modern, stylish, and spacious. The interior has a classy feel, and the excellent air conditioning was a real relief from the summer heat. The restrooms were also spotlessly clean. Our waitress was very professional, attentive to our preferences, and served us with a smile throughout our visit. At the end of the meal, we received a lovely gesture from the restaurant – fortune cookies and grappa as a complimentary treat from the owner, since we had never tried them before. Overall – a wonderful experience, far from the typical tourist restaurants. The sanitary facilities were also spotlessly clean. The waitress behaved very professionally, was interested in our tastes and served us with a smile the whole time. At the end of the evening we received a nice gesture from the establishment – fortune cookies and grappa as a compliment from the owner, since we had not tried them before. Overall – a wonderful experience, far from the typical tourist restaurants. If you are looking for something different, with attention to detail, delicious food and a warm welcome – I highly recommend it!

This place has very tasty food and a good atmosphere. Francesco was a very nice. Great place if you’re looking for asian cuisine. Would recommend 10/10

Good atmosphere. If you want to have dinner here, it is better to come at the evening opening at 18:00, there will be few people and then the kitchen will be at your disposal ;) . After 20:00 there will be more people. Food: the dishes are not large - but affordable and very tasty. Naturally, Asian food is optimized "for a European" and there are no hot spices unless it is indicated in the menu. I recommend visiting for lovers of Chinese cuisine and those who are tired of eating pizza and pasta ;) there is "ramen" here - a soup with noodles and chicken is good.

Food is absolutely amazing 10/10

We are quite the sushi snobs and the tuna sashimi was on point, tasted like it was caught same day, absolute perfection. The staff was extremely friendly and we had great conversations with them. The gallo chicken was delicious Sweet and sour chicken was amazing 10 out of 10 recommend if you need a break from pasta!

A hidden gem among the alleys! I came across this restaurant while exploring the area and I can only recommend it, if you like oriental cuisine it will certainly be a pleasant surprise for those who decide, like me, to enter. The quality of the dishes is excellent and the place is really pleasant both in design and colors, but what struck me most (and it is not a small thing considering how much I appreciated the dishes) was the service which in my opinion really deserves every single word of praise that comes to mind. I had the pleasure of being served by the owner of the place who took the orders at the tables and brought them just like the other waiters in the room and you can see that there is passion and pleasure in what he does, he was able to dispel my usual indecision, explaining to me in a simple and exhaustive way each dish that intrigued me and also giving me some suggestions on how to best combine the flavors of the sauces and condiments without ever being invasive. Again, many compliments to all the staff (even the invisible ones in the kitchen), I will definitely not fail to return 😁

Che dire!? Ormai un’istituzione dal 1987. Sono un abituale frequentatore di ristoranti “orientali”, ma qui… nonostante il connubio cinese-giapponese… l’eccellenza degli ingredienti, l’eleganza del luogo, l’efficienza del servizio, l’estrema disponibilità e gentilezza del titolare e, per concludere, il rapporto qualità/prezzo, garantiscono una esperienza fuori dal comune.
