Unfortunately, although it is quite good, in summer with this heat not having air conditioning is really a minus, we even made sure by asking if there would be one but it wasn't working once we were there and honestly dying of heat even when you eat outside is not exactly the best.

After the sea what's better than a nice burger sandwich. And Er mattatoio certainly met my expectations the sandwich was sublime the meat was delicious the bread 🍞 of their own production excellent the inside balanced with the right sauces. The pizza 🍕 was a plus but nothing special. The price is slightly higher than average but still worth it. I will return.

The food is really very good but unfortunately there is a cash register at the entrance and there is a poor lady who has to open and close the door every time she has to make the customers pay.

A nice grill in Ostia, the grill guys are great! The Tuesday proposal is very interesting, 5 types of meat discounted at 50%, a unique opportunity to taste various qualities! A must-see!! Highly recommended.

The food is quite well cooked and the service is quite fast. The space is small for the number of tables and chairs. The terrace is small. In principle, smoking is prohibited on the terrace.

The decor and atmosphere was very good.its clearly a popular place. Service was also great. My partners meal was good but I was disappointed in my steak on a cold plate but that's my preference. It was cooked correctly but I was underwhelmed. I'm sure if I went a different time it would be good.

Sono stato ar mattatoio per festeggiare un compleanno. Non conoscevo il locale vera.ente particolare . Ottima selezione di carne . Panini fenomenali fatti ad arte complimenti . Servizio veloce e curato . Lo consiglio .

23/05/2025: Rustic place, as we were looking for, excellent food and generous portions. From the appetizer, to the fettuccine with very fresh porcini mushrooms, tripe cooked as it deserves to a spectacular "fornara". Excellent quality/price ratio. The owner is truly helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended: I will definitely be back
