I don't do reviews frequently but this time it's a must. The Eolo restaurant is the best compromise between quality, hospitality and professionalism. The courses manage to amaze you, when you think that nothing will be able to surpass the goodness of the food you have just eaten, then you change your mind with the next dish, right down to the dessert. The Sicilian fish dishes, revisited by the chef, the quality of the raw materials, manage to make you feel the aromas and flavors that take you back in time, when everything tasted genuine and true. Being a family-run restaurant, the environment also makes you feel in the right place, pampered, thanks to the courtesy extended to you. In short, for lovers of good fish cuisine it is a place that cannot be missed, a rare pearl.

Franco and Manuela welcomed us with great warmth and professionalism, making us feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere is intimate and refined, perfect for a special evening. The highlight of the evening? Without a doubt the raw fish. A very fresh and high quality selection, where every bite enhances the purity and delicacy of the sea. An authentic explosion of flavors that demonstrates the chef's mastery in choosing and preparing the catch. The first courses, then, are a true masterpiece. The combinations of ingredients are original and well balanced, with homemade pasta that reaches perfection, both in texture and flavor. Added to all this is an excellent wine list, with perfect suggestions to accompany the courses. Franco and Manuela form an impeccable duo, with Franco creating unforgettable dishes and Manuela taking care of the service with kindness and professionalism. Amazing and tasty foods in a cosy restaurant with lovely atmosphere! The restaurant mainly serves seafood and fish, beware if you are not into those. Ordered the “street food” appetizer and tuna/cherry tomato pasta! Both are excellent with very fresh seafood! We stayed in the Crowne Plaza in the area about 15 mins walk away! It is absolutely a great and surprising found in the neighbourhood

Small, welcoming place, I think max 25/30 seats, fish specialities, well-prepared dishes, really successful reinterpretations of Sicilian recipes. Engaging flavors that repeatedly made me "close my eyes" to appreciate. The oysters are highly recommended, even the raw ones are very tasty. I also had the opportunity to appreciate an "off the menu" item, the sea bream arancino, which was spot on. Compliments to both the chef and the professional and familiar table service at the same time. Not cheap but you pay for the quality and I would say it's fair.

Bravi. Locale "intimo" e di livello. Pesce fresco tutto espresso veloci e attenti nel servizio in sala. A gestione familiare. Innovativi e originali gli antipasti. Ampia scelta di vini. Prezzo in linea con il pesce offerto e locale. Ci torno. Complimenti.
