Nice place in one of the squares of Alliste, we ate some delicious bruschetta and excellent braised meat.

Knowing the previous place, the new management has not maintained the same characteristics. From an elegant place it was, it has become an informal place, perhaps too much so. The waiters, although kind, were a little confused.
The weakest piece was the wait, 50 minutes for 7 pizzas and among other things the place wasn't full. The pizzas arrive and they forget to bring us the drinks that we had to ask for.
After all this, the pizza was still very good... at least. I recommend focusing more on service, in my opinion the staff is not very attentive.

Very interesting place, located in a nice location on the square. In terms of design it is a revisitation of the delicatessens of the past, I must say very original as a concept. High quality choice of raw materials, diversified lunch and dinner menu, with quite varied and transversal choice. The service is informal and welcoming, very attentive to the customer. The value for money is absolutely good. If you are in the area it is certainly recommended.

We stayed in Alliste the week of August, the owner of the house had recommended a place to eat good pizza and other "specialties
We were satisfied with what we ate. Few things on the list but really well done. Quality ingredients and very good service. Location in a quiet town in the evening. Relaxation and good food in short.
A plate of lasagna, two pizzas and a spumone.
Price a little above average.. but we are still in Salento..

Pleasant dinner in a small square in Alliste, very characteristic. We found the right welcome and atmosphere, speed of service and good food. We liked both the pizza and the grilled meat!

We had dinner in the town square, the atmosphere was excellent.
The menu and the cooking idea are interesting.
Service to be reviewed, a little too absent even if in these areas it is part of the "program".
Appreciated the final discount due to some errors in the dishes and delays.
It can only get better 😉

Excellent experience. Very good and well cooked food, young and fresh service..
We ate in the small square and therefore large spaces.
Inside the place is characteristic and they are about to change the format.
