I've been back after a long time, under new management. I've eaten Chinese, but I'll be back for the sushi. Prices are low, the food is good but not exceptional; if there were half stars, I'd give it 3.5 stars. The service is friendly and prompt, informal but attentive. The place is very "cold," sparsely decorated, and certainly not atmospheric. On the other hand, it's not crowded, and you can chat in peace.
