Really pleasant experience! Nice environment and impeccable service! We ate some platters accompanied by a good wine and it was all delicious! The next time we return to Roccaraso we will definitely return, perhaps for a first course!!! Excellent value for money!

Friendly and highly qualified staff. Cozy and welcoming environment, I recommend booking especially if you are a large group. The selection of cured meats and meats is excellent, they have a selection of wine with a wide choice. Please don't leave without tasting the desserts. We went for dinner (group of 8 people) and they welcomed us and recommended us impeccably. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

To say the least, speechless, it's a shame we can only give 5 stars... everything is impeccable with foods of absurd quality and with refinement and accuracy bordering on perfection. Congratulations to the owner and his management vision! Not to be missed! 👏

22/06/2024: ....e il giudizio resta lo stesso. Si mangia bene (castrato, pallotte cacio e ova, straccetti, arrosticini a punta di coltello), il servizio è buono, buoni i vini abruzzesi proposti, ma il prezzo (per me) è decisamente alto (troppo).
18/06/2024: Locale molto particolare, si distingue dagli altri. Personale informale e gentile. Ottimo agnello alla brace, buonissime le patate e la cicoria. Buonissimi i dolci. Ottima scelta di vini e di alcolici.

Ristorante La Locanda sul Lago

22/08/2024: We are from Bologna, on holiday in these parts, they told me to stop for lunch and so we did. 5 of us arrived without a reservation and in the blink of an eye they found us a table. It was a bit like going to visit friends you haven't seen for years. Friendly, welcoming staff and excellent food. Must try the Pallotte, the pie, the lamb, the soups of the day, the sausage... in short, everything is top. If I'm back in those parts, I'll definitely go back.
