06/04/2025: Posto perfetto per qualsiasi tipo di serata. Ambiente caldo, molto curato con dettagli ricercati ( tovagliato, mobili, oggettistica varia). Personale professionale e cordiale. Pietanze ottimamente cucinate, carta dei vini molto interessante. Titolari esperti ed appassionati. Prezzi giusti. Ho conosciuto tardi questo posto ma recupererò il tempo perduto, ne vale la pena.

Located near the historic center of Olevano Romano, where the Disney film on the Meredith crime was filmed in recent days, it offers a culinary experience that combines tradition and innovation. The menu is full of typical local cuisine, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Together with my friends we savored the excellent starters and meat-based main courses, which melt in your mouth. Each dish is presented with care and attention to detail, demonstrating the passion of the chef, who is also the owner, for cooking. The service provided by Giulia is impeccable: the staff is kind, helpful and well informed about the dishes on the menu, ready to recommend wine pairings, especially the Cesanese di Olevano, which together with the PREGIO oil, produced by the local Cooperativa Olibanum, further enhance the flavours. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner or a family party. Recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic dishes in a private and at the same time familiar environment!
