Federico is amazing. From warmly greeting guests to expert sommelier skills and finally to his mastery in the kitchen, he is just simply the best. We’ve lived in Italy off and on for my work for over 30 years—tonight we had one of the best meals ever—in any country.

It's not easy to prepare venison fillet and wild pigeon as perfectly as here. Unfortunately, we didn't take the photo until everything was eaten. Our antipasti and bread, as well as the advice on the wine selection, were absolutely excellent. The only drawback for us was the rap that played the entire time. It's probably unavoidable these days, but it's still a shame, because you can have a much better conversation without it.
