Although it is central and very close to the train station, yet it feels very quite , cosy, and away from the crowds. Amazing small cafe that gives you the opportunity to sit just by a small cute river and enjoy some quite time with nice coffee and pastries. Very friendly staff. 👌😉

I enjoyed the best rest in Canal, which has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. I felt like a local Venetian for at least 30 minutes. The reasonable price is also a bonus. Hide it. Best local cafe spot. I had a great time of relaxation from the busy and packed street. Best place to take 5 like locals!

I was staying at a nearby airbnb. I came in at 7:30 AM to get coffee. It is very much a locals place. The 2 women behind the counter were very kind and humored me when I showed them a picture of my “3 Croissants” (my boys) Coffee was amazing, even in a takeaway cup

Hidden but right there! This place is on the way from central station (Santa Lucia) to piazza San Marco, but you need to keep your eyes open! Their pear and chocolate pastry is just insane! So so good! Very good cappuccino as well! Only problem we had is thag they only had 2 pear and chocolate pastries left 😄 Definitely a must for breakfast in Venezia!

With what nerve did they ask me €6 for a braid and a cappuccino, seated and served at the table in the basement, when I normally pay on average half as much for the same service?! It's a shame because otherwise nothing to complain about.

An authentic place. A discovery by chance that was a gem!!! The girls who serve have been very kind, attentive and friendly!!! The tiramisu is truly exquisite!!!! The best I have eaten in Italy!!!

14/07/2024: Chef Bruno is always safe, one of my favorite restaurants especially for the raw food, always delicate and requiring knowledge and reliability. Small venue, which guarantees intimacy and impeccable service. Highly recommended!!

Birraria La Corte

13/12/2024: Good pizza but very expensive (average €15). There are no tablecloths or placemats. In general, small portions and quite expensive. Feeling of paying more for the form than the content. The place is beautiful, with indoor and outdoor spaces.
09/12/2024: We visited Birraria La Corte late in the evening in Venice and tried a few pizzas, having been told this was the best pizza we would find, and latest food place open. We went for the typical margarita pizza which was so delicious. Randomly, we also got a octopus pizza with potato and spice, as we saw it on the menu and were intrigued. This was also delicious! We also tried an nduja based pizza and a meat one. Everything was completely delicious and the restaurant settings absolutely beautiful! I would 100% revisit for pizza and evening drinks
