My girlfriend and I went for dinner. The place was nice, and the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The food was good but unexciting. The wine list was excellent, as was the water list. I have a few things to say. I don't know why it has 3 Michelin stars. It's the first Michelin-starred restaurant I've been to where we weren't served an amuse-bouche, which, for a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant and the price, seems like the least I could do, given that they now offer it even in non-starred establishments. The various leavened and baked goods were served sliced during dinner (very limited and mediocre selection, two slices of bread and one of schiacciata). Another note: it's the first Michelin-starred restaurant where I wasn't served any butter or oil, which are usually served with baked goods. Plus, the only dish worthy of a 3-star rating: tuna with roast chicken foam. The pigeon was also very good, but the boneless leg was difficult to eat. We added the truffle option to the menu, which is €100 more per person (and it's only on two dishes). We weren't shown the truffle, and they didn't even grate it in front of us. My girlfriend found an eyelash inside the ravioli, and after pointing it out to the waiter, he thought it best to quip, "Isn't that yours?" and left without apologizing. The only employee who apologized was the young woman, who was very kind and knowledgeable throughout the dinner. The Piccola pasticceria only offers good chocolates, but I expect more from a 3-star establishment. Having said that, they charge for a 3-star establishment, as it should be, but the experience and the food are worth maybe just one. Too bad.

If you want to experience the delicious menu, I recommend it.
(It's fun to eat and think while enjoying the three-hour course.)
Personally, I found the ossobuco a bit salty.
The service was friendly and pleasant.

This is my first three-Michelin-star experience. The service and ambiance absolutely feel three-star — polished, attentive, and effortless.
But honestly, the food didn’t live up to the hype for me. Some dishes were too acidic, others too salty, and across the whole tasting menu, only one or two courses really stood out. Considering the price, it just didn’t feel worth it.

Unfortunately, it was a negative experience for such a well-known, 3-star restaurant, for a total of €460 per person...
We dined on December 14, 2025, trying the "Espressione" tasting menu; nothing to complain about the quality and ingredients, but there were many negatives about the dishes (it was a shame the flavors weren't well-balanced, the fried foods tasted greasy, the pasta was overcooked, the plates were dirty, etc.). The service, sadly, wasn't always up to par, with numerous errors in explaining the dishes, and errors in serving food and managing the table. The small pastries were positive, but the cheese trolley wasn't (not very refined and without explanation... in favor of cheeses that were too common to be an additional €50 per person).
The variety of the water, wine, and beverage menus, however, was excellent.

Three stars is about right. It's absolutely not worth it. Expensive.

I went to Enoteca Pinchiorri for a special occasion a while ago. It's a unique experience worth trying at least once in your life, despite the high price tag.

As befitting a renowned and historic 3-star Italian restaurant, the menu was both special and delicious. This is the second 3-star restaurant in Italy, following Enrico Bartorlini, and the freshness, harmony, flavor, and composition of the food were equally excellent. There was a definite difference between eating here and a 2-star Korean restaurant.
I don't know much about wine, but the wine list was impressive, and the wine pairings were rare and exclusive, befitting the restaurant's reputation. I thought wine lovers would really enjoy it.
However, perhaps my knowledge was limited, as the explanation for the cheese and wine extra charge was unclear, so I didn't realize it. This kind of explanation should have been more clear. With the euro exchange rate exceeding 1,700 won, it was a painful additional cost.

A truly delicious experience! The dishes were full of flavor, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. The pasta was handmade and cooked to perfection, with that authentic touch that only true Italian cuisine can offer. Every bite reminded me of the flavors of Italy. Kudos to the chef for his attention to detail and the passion you can feel in every dish. I'll definitely be back!

Exceptional culinary experience! Impeccable and friendly service, the only flaw being the small dining room where we dined... a bit sad, in my opinion. The bill? Worth three Michelin stars!
