Fantastico! The lasagna with pheasant ragout was one of the best dishes I‘ve ever had in my life! 😋

It is impossible to speak badly of Enoteca Pinchiorri. Impeccable service, very high level environment. Unique dishes with explosions of unthinkable flavours. Any dish ordered is an indelible memory of the palate. Wine pairing at the highest levels. The tour of the cellars accompanied by the Maitre was the conclusion of a unique evening, which I hope to repeat. It's really worth the "trip" to come to dinner here.

Let me start by saying that in general I am mainly interested more in food than in wine. I would also like to point out that among the starred restaurants, this was the second experience in a three-star hotel, the first was at the Osteria Francescana. There are three options offered, the "expression" menu, the vegetarian menu and the la carte. I opted for the "expression" menu and found the path to be inconsistent, disjointed, without a common thread that could make you "savour" the meaning of the succession of dishes, nor of the ingredients. No WOW effect, for clarity, for any of the courses. According to my taste, the only dish worthy of note was the "sheep's bread" which fortunately tasted excellently of sheep, if it hadn't been for the smoked paprika that accompanied it in puff pastry, transfiguring it, dare I say, into a dish almost fusion. I consider the experience not positive because in my opinion it is rather confusing. Two offspring in the cellar, prices which to define as crazy is an understatement, I'm not speaking in absolutes, I'm speaking in relation to "normal" wines, all mark-ups are in my opinion for inattentive foreign tourists. The choice of cheeses is excellent, the desserts in all their forms are just modest. The service is impeccable. Ultimately, I believe this is a restaurant that maintains its three Michelin stars Famous winery, the location in the center of Florence, the desire to satisfy an exquisitely international clientele.

Both the food and the service inside the restaurant were impeccable. My husband and I both ordered the Earth Mother menu and enjoyed each course. Unfortunately the night was marred by a somewhat racist experience on our arrival. We arrived at the restaurant and were asked for the name on the reservation, which we gave. My last name is a little difficult to pronounce and somewhat uncommon for people of South Asian descent. After I gave my name, they said they couldn’t find it and could it be under the name Patel, which isn’t even close to the name I gave them and that suggestion was entirely based on how I look. I said no, gave them my first name and the started to look up the reservation confirmation on my phone to show them. The host then started to rapid fire ask me for my last name in random South Asian languages as if I didn’t understand or give them the correct information the first time. Then he proceeded to look over my shoulder while I pulled up the reservation. Once I showed it to them, they were like oh yes here it is. I would advise people of colour be aware of this behaviour and attitude if considering booking here.

It was a valuable experience. The price has been confirmed before your visit. Service, atmosphere, food, everything can be experienced at a high level. Above all, I felt the maturity of the food culture in the excitement of anticipation for the next dish. It was a really good and valuable experience, even though ordinary people went there on their own.

La gentilezza estrema dimostrata già attraverso lo scambio di email iniziali e ritrovata poi durante tutta l'esperienza..dall'aperitivo in cantina con annessa visita a questo "museo" incredibile del vino (del resto ci sarà un motivo se è di prestigio e di fama mondiale) alla cena dove ci siamo affidati ad un menù degustazione rivelatosi dai sapori spettacolari.. Il tutto con una professionalità degna della loro reputazione .. Davvero grazie per averci fatto sentire "speciali" in un contesto "da sogno" e per aver reso meravigliosamente unico il festeggiamento della nostra (per noi importante) ricorrenza (il compleanno della mia compagna anche se con qualche giorno di ritardo). Grazie ancora!

Sono stata a cena ieri con mia moglie...l'accoglienza e il locale da 10 ..abbiamo scelto un menù degustazione e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti...i piatti erano molto particolari e soprattutto preparati in un modo eccellente...l'unica nota secondo un mio modesto parere il ricarico sui vini forse un po troppo eccessivo...per il resto esperienza da ricordare...
