In una giornata uggiosa come oggi, secondo me l'Enoteca Vago è il posto perfetto. L'ultima mia visita in questo locale risale almeno a dieci anni fa...oggi uguale,per me anche meglio. Ambiente bello,piatti lombardi con ingredienti ricercati,staff adorabile ma il meglio dello show lo fanno i titolari, Osti di vecchia scuola innamorati del Vino. Ho mangiato: Paccheri al ragù di chianina, molto buono. Filetto di manzo piastrato con Lardo ,l'ho chiesto molto crudo e così me l'hanno portato... perfetto. Mentre andavo a fumare ho visto nel carrello dei Formaggi un Taleggio che mi faceva sesso,ne ho chiesta una lacrima all'Oste e subito sono stato accontentato.. Amari super, armagnac del 79 e il Caolila giovane che volevo serviti come Dio comanda. Per la lode solo tre cose: Un Caminetto. Il filetto era su un piatto/piastrella (li odio). Il dolce era una buona torta al cioccolato ma non una Sacher!

Wine bar with well-prepared cuisine and a wine list that is the envy of many starred restaurants. Together with the bottle they brought us a plate of cured meats and a basket of excellent breadsticks. Then we tried 2 dishes from the kitchen, the pacchero with rabbit ragout, which was amazing, as I expected. Professional and friendly staff is not a criticism but perhaps too formal.
