Locale molto carino e curato, personale gentile e disponibile. Il cibo buono, primi abbondanti, sui secondi miglioterei nelle quantità. Nel complesso esperienza comunque positiva.

Andiamo all' enoteca abbastanza spesso perché ogni volta è un piacere degustare dell' ottimo vino e pietanze gustose, servite da personale competente, giovane e brillante. Consiglio la tartare con burrata e i fagottini. Locale adatto a tutti, famiglie con bambini, coppie e pranzi di lavoro.

Truly excellent! I am now a regular customer and every time I promise to leave a review but I always forget. Here we are: Very refined and elegant environment; excellent selection of wines and truly appetizing cuisine. The owners are very nice and friendly. Available to please everyone's palate. Highly recommended both for a quick business lunch, and in the late afternoon for a simple aperitif and in the evening to spend a nice evening with food and good wine.

Place with a good choice of wines and decent quality of food. A flaw... Among the first courses we note: tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and pici with Cinta Senese ragù. I asked for tagliatelle with Cinta Senese ragù and they told me it wasn't possible. What to think ? Pre-cooked and frozen first courses? No explanation was given to my request. Among other things, tagliatella goes very well with Cinta Senese ragù.

07/01/2025: Beautiful environment. A nice place with a beautiful view. We were lucky enough to have a private table on the balcony with a view. Handsome! Silent, secluded. Definitely quality food, I really liked the dessert. Considering the price I expected much more from the first course, which was honestly excellent because the truffle was fresh and plentiful but the pasta itself lacked flavor and above all it was lukewarm not hot. Excellent wine, served incorrectly. Service a little pressured. With the last bite still in our mouths, they were already taking our plates away from the table. However it deserves to be visited again.
03/01/2025: 5 stars and praise! We spent New Year's Eve at Essenza in San Miniato: fantastic dinner! Varied and delicious dishes, served with care and speed. We also had lunch on another day enjoying some excellent pici with Cinta Senese ragù...fantastic! Not just food though, Essenza offers a variety of products in an elegant and refined atmosphere: from coffee to herbal teas and from cocktails to local wines. Absolutely recommended!

15/12/2024: Rustic and home-made environment, normal menu, nothing exceptional, tasty appetizers, poorly seasoned maltagliati with wild boar and overcooked pasta, mixed grill, apart from the steak which was quite decent, the rest was a bit dull, good desserts. Price a little high for what we ate....
04/12/2024: Ordered dishes arrived in various batches, and only after a long time did they inform us that what we had ordered was out of stock... Angry cook who treats waiters badly... The food is average without infamy or praise, the price is adequate for the quality of the food. Maybe we weren't lucky....to be reevaluated.
