Dining here for the first time was truly a wonderful experience. I give maximum stars to the quality of the excellent food, 2 glasses of full-bodied Bolgheri... excellent, impeccable service in a very well-kept environment... and also suitable for a dinner for two. Absolutely to try and return Prices appropriate to the product

Excellent dinner, offering excellent food cooked and presented in the best possible way in a very welcoming atmosphere, by friendly staff attentive to customer needs. The small attentions, the accurate description of the dishes and the characteristics of the wine are pleasant.

Excellent cuisine based mainly on meat (tender and tasty pepper, steak and Florentine steak are superb), but the menu also offers interesting fish dishes. Attention to the customer.

Trattoria La Ghiotteria

10/05/2025: The food was very good, but the service was a 3 (two waitresses were doing nothing, and only one young man was working). One of the waitresses was more concerned about the people passing by (friends) and a waiter from the restaurant across the street than the customers. While we were in the restaurant, she went out to smoke every 10 minutes, without exaggerating, and when she wasn't smoking, she was on her phone, either chatting or video chatting. The service was very slow. I give this rating because the guy was very friendly. We wanted to go back the next day, but given the situation, we won't.
10/05/2025: A typical atmosphere (locals, always a good place to eat, and tourists alike), delicious dishes, and friendly service. If you're ever in Pisa, don't hesitate; you won't be disappointed. The best Limoncello Spritz I've ever had. The cheese and charcuterie platter, spaghetti carbonnara, fish carbonnara, wild boar pasta, and tiramisu—everything was delicious.
