We went for lunch on Sunday and were welcomed with sympathy and kindness. The fassone steak was tender and with a good parmesan crumble and was well seasoned. Likewise the Mamma che baba gnocchi and the Fresco Romano ravioli filled with artichokes. We didn't have a second course but moved on to the dessert, creamy pistachio... it was also good! We will return also for the courtesy of those who served us!

Today we celebrated a birthday... everything was splendid starting from the decorations in the room to the visibly beautiful but above all good dishes and the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff...

Bellissima esperienza in questo locale molto curato in centro ad Asti. Ottimi i generosi taglieri di salumi e formaggi. Abbiamo provato alcuni tra i loro cocktail preparati con il gin agricole... sensazionali! Fatevi raccontare i piatti e i liquori dal super esperto Simon (nato Sebastian) che vi accompagnerà in questo tour gastromico locale... come direbbe lui: Devastante! Provare per credere.

10/02/2025: Allerede før vi rakk frem til inngangsdøra, så åpnet en blid servitør og ønsket oss velkommen, varmet godt en kald februar kveld. Inne var bordene dekket med hvite duker og alt var klart for en fin kveld. Og det ble det til gangs. Driverne av stedet kom bort til bordet og hilste på oss og fortalte om stedet. Etter nydelige forretter, begav vi oss ut i en opplevelse av et måltid, bagna cauda, en piemontesisk spesialitet. Vinen som ble anbefalt matched godt og var helt super. Stedet, menneskene, maten, vinen og atmosfæren - helt fabelaktig :)
30/01/2025: Excellent service!!!!! We had some truffles from truffle hunting and they kindly washed them for us to eat. Food was amazing. Great experience. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Ristorante Albergo Ca'Vittoria

23/12/2024: Excellent raw material, good wine pairings, the chef brave in using different techniques for traditional dishes in a modern key, successful execution. Good service and beautiful place in the heart of the Asti hills. Lots of territory in the dishes and wines, and this is really important.
17/12/2024: It's not the first time I've experienced Ca' Vittoria, but it was my first in the "cold" season. What can I say, I love the place in every way and the dishes are simply fantastic. It is a starred wine which, personally, presents a wonderful combination of tastes, creating a notable gap compared to "the same level". I highly recommend
