We were in Gallipoli on a tour of Sardinia and had dinner at this typical restaurant. Everything was delicious, and we had excellent service. I recommend everyone visit Gallipoli and stop at this truly interesting restaurant.

We visited Rubino restaurant in Gallipoli while trekking in Salento; it's an excellent place for a seafood dinner. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, suitable for both couples and friends. The seafood is fresh, well-cooked, and carefully presented. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd say it's a solid choice for quality seafood in the city.

I've had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant several times, and I can only confirm that it was a fantastic experience, both culinary and personal. The selection of dishes and wines is excellent, and everything is curated with love and great sensitivity to make guests feel at home. Had dinner last night with a Walden Viaggi Solidali trekking group. The restaurant was, of course, CHOSEN BY OUR GUIDE. Everything was excellent, and the dinner was seafood-based: an excellent appetizer with superb cod, tagliolini with sweet prawns, and truly exquisite fried fish! The local wine that accompanied the dinner was excellent, recommended by the owner, a wine and olive oil sommelier. What more can I say? Unforgettable and highly recommended. Thank you! Emanuela

RUBINO is a corner of Gallipoli where I love to stop alone or with friends to enjoy exquisite seafood dishes. Fine cuisine and amazing wines. All topped off with Silvia's kindness and attention to detail. I highly recommend it to tourists like me and to locals 👍👏👏👏🌹

An excellent discovery; we were very well received and the food is delicious; the dishes are homemade and tasty! Bravo! Don't hesitate to travel a few kilometers into the Santa Cesarea countryside for a treat!
