Welcoming location, dishes with attention to detail, starting from the divine appetizers, the very special first courses, crispy mixed fried food. Excellent selection of wines. Amaro offered by the house. Definitely a place where I will return.

Ristorantino molto carino nel centro di Gallipoli, piatti ( carne o pesce) buonissimi e di bella presentazione. Il personale gentile, disponibile e preparato, sempre pronto a consigliarti l’abbinamento giusto con uno dei tanti vini disponibili. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Excellent table. The owner kindly offered us a tasting menu of the flavors of Salento. A dozen land and sea portions which gave us a complete and delicious tour of the specialties. Respect for the product, freshness and variety delighted our taste buds. Efficient service and pleasant contact with the owner who is very proud to defend her land and gives good advice on visits. Excellent value for money.

Ci siamo arrivati grazie ai consigli di chi già c'era stato, ma la piacevole sorpresa c'è stata comunque. Siamo stati accolti con grande calore e professionalità. Servizio impeccabile, atmosfera familiare e una cucina straordinaria, grazie a materie prime straordinarie, competenza e passione. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ristorante Anima & Cuore

04/06/2025: Located in an ancient palace in the historic center of Galatina, this place offers a unique experience. The staff's welcome immediately puts you at ease. All the dishes (sea and land) highlight the typical flavors of Salento. I recommend the octopus with potatoes and croutons, but also the pizza if you want something simpler. Recommended.
03/06/2025: There is heart and soul! Without a doubt an ancient, romantic place with a strong taste. It seems to be in the noble house of ancient Salento barons, with all their attentions and courtesies. An extremely technical and tasty cuisine, a light and leavened pizza. It is no coincidence that it is a restaurant indicated in the Michelin guide.
