Decent hotel, 4 stars too high... some services are missing... friendly and professional staff... good cleanliness... decent breakfast... Management could do more, especially by lowering the prices at the pool bar.

I came for a bachelor party and I have to say the hotel has great potential. However, it's falling apart a bit. Although everything can be resolved thanks to the staff's prompt intervention. The food was very good, with an excellent buffet. We had some issues with the room, but they were resolved immediately after asking! I'd like to point out Daniele's efficiency and friendliness.

Nice hotel, rated 4 but feels like 3 Hotel maintenance needs urgent improvement, staff says they will fix it and nothing happens... Beautiful area, cold pool water, large rooms

We booked this accommodation at short notice for two nights because it rained nonstop during our vacation in Austria and we wanted to soak up some sun. There were four of us, including two teenagers. The pool area was really great, but the room could definitely be improved. It was just okay for two nights, but it definitely wouldn't be suitable for a one- or two-week vacation. It clearly lacks comfort. In my opinion, the value for money was rather poor.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast

Although this place advertises itself as 4 stars, nothing about it really feels like 4 stars. The rooms are not cosy — small, minimalistic, and barely equipped (missing basics like glasses, plates, coffee / tea etc.). The cupboard door was broken, walls slightly damaged, and the pool access was closed and locked. Nothing like in the pictures.

Very affordable hotel with fresh rooms and pool. Good location at Garda. Breakfast very good. Friendly staff.

Super fine and beautiful hotel with a very nice pool

The staff is excellent and super helpful, the location is strategic and great, the rooms are simple but clean, tidy and the value for money is among the best on the lake. To return

I stayed overnight plus breakfast, we were very satisfied, the receptionist was very friendly and kind. Top swimming pool. Underground garage at €5 per night, a more than fair price. We will definitely return.
