The place looks good, tables quite distant and very clean, the service is not that great, they are certainly friendly but there is a lack of knowledge of how to handle the customer in some cases, they forget the water. The cutlery and the food are separated but above all the very good tartare, tasty but poor in quantity between croutons and sauce, little meat remains on the plate, tagliolini with truffle very good and well creamed, it's a shame that the
White truffle must be grated at the table and not brought already grated onto the plate because, given the cost, it is weighed and put something fundamental in this steak was annoyingly tough and had a bad flavour, the fillet was overcooked because it was low compared to the ribeye, they bring you Maldon salt ok but no quality oil to match as is done in good ones meat taverns or special salts such as smoked or other shame we were very disappointed I would not go back for the steak which among other things you don't see it before cooking.
