The owner immediately proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful, recommending the best meats for our tastes. The waiter was also attentive and quick with his service. We enjoyed an appetizer with exquisite cured meats (the goose breast is sublime!), vegetables, and fried foods, followed by two steak cuts: a rare Canadian steak and a medium-rare Prussian steak, accompanied by a Morellino di Scansano recommended by the owner. The meats were simply perfect, both in quality and cooking! The dry biscuits at the end of the meal were a real treat. I'll conclude by saying that the quality/price ratio is remarkable, so we'll be back soon.
