A typical Lucanian restaurant serving traditional dishes in the beautiful city of Matera. The waiters were incredibly friendly, and we asked them for wine and food recommendations. Excellent dishes, highly recommended!
One detail we noticed was that the menu wasn't very extensive, as the ingredients were repetitive across the side dishes, first courses, and second courses.

Refined atmosphere, a very special place, excellent food and impeccable service, not to mention the kindness of the owner. Carefully prepared dishes and unique pairings with local wines and excellent cured meats. Highly recommended.

Located in the heart of the Sassi district, this restaurant offers a delightful experience from the moment you enter. The wait staff is truly friendly and welcoming. The selection of ingredients is impressive, and certainly top-quality, especially the wines. A small negative is the pasta with potatoes and truffles, which honestly didn't quite deliver the desired effect.
I would definitely return.

Good food, but I would say that overpriced comparing to others and also portions are too small comparing to their prices. The place was empty and cold, so we didn't feel comfortable there. Plus for the interesting interior design and professional service :)

Booked with The Fork, nothing to say, beautiful place and fantastic atmosphere. We were served excellently despite having a small child and a bulky stroller. The pasta and mini platter (requested by us and completely fulfilled!) were excellent, the bombette and potatoes were really small portions and without salt... a shame! But we will definitely be back to visit you, thanks!
