Located in the heart of Matera you can live a unique experience, not only culinary...
A special lunch in the company of my girlfriend, inside ancient water cisterns. The owner Alberto, together with his staff, welcomed us in an excellent manner, telling us the history of the wonderful location.
Excellent food, we tasted everything, from starters to desserts.
Super recommended.
We'll be back.

discovered by chance through thefork, we were pleasantly struck by the friendliness and hospitality of the staff who explained to us the particularity of their place consisting of ancient water collection cisterns transformed into rooms. the dishes they prepare with great attention to detail are also special. mandatory stop if you are in Matera.

There are many restaurants in Matera but the Enoteca dai Tosi stands out for its careful and creative cuisine and a truly charming welcome, all enjoyed two evenings in a row. It gives you strength to then climb to the hotel near the Duomo!

A special lunch with my girlfriend. The manager of the restaurant, an exquisite person, welcomed us very well, immediately making us feel at home and describing the wonderful location we were in.
The food is of exceptional quality, with local raw materials and beautifully presented.
The wine, Aglianico della Basilicata, is excellent.
To top it off, the manager recommended an amazing dessert (Tour of Basilicata).
