A historic establishment in the center of Piacenza (but easily accessible), run by a long-standing family. Being a wine bar, it offers a vast selection of exceptional wines, all recommended to complement meals by the highly experienced Renato, a top-notch sommelier. The cuisine is also exceptional: an interesting mix of traditional Piacenza dishes, including unusual yet delicious pairings, such as the "bombette alla carbonara" with browned pancetta (pictured). Also pictured is the legendary Piacenza 'bortolina' (or 'bortellina'), a kind of slightly dry omelette with various herbs. Overall, Renato's wine bar is a place where the dining experience is complete and completely satisfying. Highly recommended.

A wonderful, antique atmosphere, and a truly talented and kind waitress. Highly knowledgeable and ready to offer the specialties of Piacenza. Excellent dishes, including a selection of typical Piacenza products. Nothing to say other than "run to this place!"

A historic shop in the center of Piacenza, offering cured meats, wines, cheeses, traditional Piacenza dishes, and stellar desserts! All told by an extraordinary person, Diego, whom we met. He's capable of describing the dishes and letting you savor them before they're even on your plate. Truly, congratulations!

Passing through Piacenza for a stroll through the historic center, we stopped for lunch at this little wine bar. The experience couldn't have been better! Quality dishes, explained with passion and professionalism, paired with a good glass of wine! Top!

Amazing place, we spent a night traveling through Piacenza and this was an amazing reward after 10 hours driving. Great wine proposal and incredible food. Would love to try the rest of the menu i could not order. Also, pet friendly.

Simply a delight. Friendly people, quality ingredients, and delicatessen meats cured in the restaurant for a truly refined cuisine. If there's one place in Plaisance where you have to eat, it's definitely in this restaurant!

Una deliziosa sosta nel centro di Piacenza. Accomodati all’aperto a gustare i piatti tipici piacentini. Bruschette con salsina tipica della casa, salumi locali, tortelli con ricotta e spinaci conditi con burro, salvia e parmigiano, filetto di carne di cavallo e per finire la deliziosa torta sbrisolona accompagnata da un ottimo caffè. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Consigliato per una tranquilla sosta in città.
