I was here for the second time with a friend of mine and the place was confirmed with delicious food, typical Piacenza dishes and also other details! For example, the tortelli from Piacenza are very fine and served in abundance. The eggnog is among the best I've ever eaten. The courtesy and preparation of the staff was very welcome! To be recommended and to return!

Renato's wine shop where his family works today, Piacenza on the plate! . Excellent dishes, the wines that they expertly know how to recommend and pair, and the desserts.... positive experience.. highly recommended!!!.

Very hospitable, comfortable and good-natured environment (in a positive sense) It recalls the taverns "of the past". Delicious, genuine and simple food without overdoing it. Prices lower than average. Really satisfied, if you are in the area and want to eat and drink well while spending a "light" evening this is certainly one of the best places in Piacenza.

I've been coming here for years now, not to eat but to get excited. The cuisine is amazing, traditional, well done, technical, with the flavor of home, fireplace and passion. I have always decided to have Diego pair a wine with each dish and he has never made a mistake once. He has always been able to take me by the hand and take me around the world. In this wine shop you don't eat or drink, you get excited.

I went to this wine shop for dinner following the advice of a friend. There were five of us and we all had a great time, the environment is simple but welcoming, like a real home. The waiter's explanation of the various culinary proposals (explained with punctuality and professionalism), the plating and serving of the dishes were impeccable. Genuine flavours, high quality food and wine. Truly a unique experience!

Small and welcoming wine shop in the historic center of Piacenza. Genuine traditional dishes and very friendly and helpful staff who made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

Le cose positive che avrei da dire passano in secondo piano davanti a una considerazione. Non puoi avere solo vini sopra i 30 euro .. sto parlando delle bollicine perché è quello che stavo cercando ma è assurdo. E ti definisci enoteca.. dovresti avere scelte decenti pet tutte le tasche. E probabilmente le hai ma le metti dai 30 in su. Un po' delusa da un posto così storico e rinomato.

Locale tipico piacentino in pieno centro che trasuda di passione e genuinità. Prodotti buoni e ben cucinati. Carta dei vini molto fornita.

01/01/2025: Always enormous satisfaction, complete menu both on site and takeaway. Passion and professionalism in the preparation of the dishes and in the service, impressive freshness of the fish. For any occasion, a guarantee, I have been to this place several times now, it has never disappointed, in fact it has always impressed me in a positive way. YOU MUST TRY IT!!! A guarantee!!

02/02/2025: The area and the hotel were beautiful but the bathroom didn't work (the toilet didn't flush the water so you were afraid to go to the bathroom), the toilet made noise all night. Improper bed, woke up with back pain. Breakfast ok. Kind staff.
01/02/2025: I was at Tavola Rotonda last night for a double event: my daughter celebrated her 18th birthday and I was at the restaurant: an unforgettable experience! The birthday room was prepared down to the smallest details with Elisabetta's great taste, elegant and refined without going over the top, they thought of everything, I didn't worry about anything, from the set-up to the menu to the bar corner, set up in the room itself, to the cake to the arrangement for the music.... the kids had a lot of fun! I had a great time at the restaurant, excellent and refined food, plus entertainment was planned for that evening with Manuel Comelli, an impersonator with an incredible voice, versatile and a great ability to entertain that will make you laugh until you cry! The castle...... FABULOUS renovated respecting the history of the place, the rooms each more beautiful and fascinating than the other, inside you can breathe an air of the past of great charm! What can I say, I'm thrilled!!! a dive into the past, a place deserving 10 and praise to relive again and again!
