Ottima cena con materie prime di grande qualità, ambiente intimo ed informale...antipasto cipolla ripiena sublime come il brasato al barolo, e che dire del primo al tartufo: una coccola...torneremo sicuramente e consigliatissimo anche x il prezzo

Going down the steps that lead to the entrance you have the impression of entering a fairy tale. And the experience for the palate is no different. Very few tables, authentic flavors and a relaxed atmosphere.

It is a magical place in Langa...the chef unites flavors and aromas making the typical dishes a painting. The warm atmosphere and excellent service. Don't forget to visit it.

Ormai è una meta fissa delle mie vacanze nelle Langhe. Ambiente informale ricavato in una cantina. Si cena circondati da splendide bottiglie di vino. I proprietari sono fantastici, così come il cibo. Cucina tipica delle Langhe fatta con amore e prodotti di qualità. Difficile scegliere un piatto migliore, sono tutti fantastici. Dai Peperoni ai Ravioli del Plin fino ai Tajarin con ragù di salsiccia, il vitello tonnato e il brasato. Ottimi anche i dolci e la selezione dei vini è stupenda ... assolutamente da provare. Io ci tornerò, magari per una cena a base di tartufo che assicurano essere unica!

Municipal Enoteca "I Crutin" is a true jewel hidden in the heart of the Borgomale square, located within the charming town hall of the village. From the first step into the restaurant, you perceive a unique and welcoming atmosphere, almost like entering a fairy tale. The limited number of seats (about twenty in total) guarantees an attentive and attentive service, where every guest feels welcomed at home. The cuisine is a triumph of the Piedmontese tradition of the Langhe, with dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality raw materials. We opted for the Fassona tartare with a knife as a starter, followed by the Tajarin with mushrooms and the Plin with ragù as first courses (both off the menu). Each dish was a sublime experience for the palate, with authentic and well-balanced flavours. To conclude on a sweet note, we enjoyed the traditional "Bonet" and a hazelnut cake accompanied by Moscato zabaglione, both excellent desserts that made our meal unforgettable. The owner and his wife are of a rare friendliness: welcoming and helpful, they make the experience even more pleasant with their genuine hospitality. The Enoteca offers the possibility of choosing a tasting menu with Starter, First Course, Second Course and Dessert for 35 euros, or the Traditional Menu with Tajarin with ragù as first course, Barolo braised meat with side dish as second course and Bonet as dessert for 25 euros. A simple place, which focuses on the quality of the dishes, perfect for those looking for authenticity and tradition in an intimate and fascinating context.
