Posto molto carino, personale preparato ed educato, cibo di buona qualità, ma il vero tasto dolente è il prezzo, se lo stesso servizio e qualità la fornissero in una location diversa come milano centro potrebbe starci, qui a mestrino davanti ad una statale forse è esagerato. Prezzi in generale molto alto quasi da stellato.

Enoteca Centrale: the perfect dinner between excellence and passion Last Friday I had the pleasure of participating in a company dinner at the Enoteca Centrale in Mestrino, organized with the support of the owner and chef Mattia. Right from the planning of the menu, Mattia proved to be extremely helpful, meeting our needs with professionalism and reassurances that made me feel like I was in a real bind. An exclusive environment: "Mondo" room We were a group of 9 people and we chose the "Mondo" room, perfect for our evening. The room, with its 10-seater imperial table and a dedicated sofa area for the aperitif, is a real jewel. The theatrical-style red curtains created an intimate and private atmosphere, which made the event even more special. A unique sensory experience I must admit that initially it was difficult to convince everyone to justify the cost of the dinner, but the promise of a sensorial experience soon won over even the most sceptical. And I can say with certainty that the evening exceeded all expectations. Chef Mattia was able to create an unforgettable culinary journey, with courses based on raw and cooked fish. Each dish was accompanied by perfectly balanced combinations, such as vegetables that enhanced the natural flavors of the fish, without ever overpowering it. A memorable moment was the presentation of the first course, directly at the table, by the chef himself. With passion, he told us the origin of the recipe, a preparation of poor origin that he was able to reinvent with mastery. It was a gesture that added value to the experience, demonstrating how passion can make the difference. Impeccable wines and service The staff, in particular Alessandro, was up to the task. Prepared and attentive, he explained each wine with expertise, pairing it perfectly with the dishes. The choice of magnums of Tienot champagne, of which the Enoteca is exclusive, was impeccable: an excellent wine with an excellent quality-price ratio. The ending was noteworthy: sweets, panettone and passito delighted the palate, while the rum accompanied by chocolate was the icing on the cake. An evening to remember The dinner continued in a convivial and fun atmosphere until midnight and beyond, leaving us with an indelible memory. It was one of those evenings that you have once a year, but that you can't wait to repeat. A very pleasant quick stop during Christmas shopping with cicchetti of creamed cod and a glass of Trento DOC. Refined and elegant but welcoming and warm environment. Impeccable service.

A simply perfect experience! The wine shop stands out for the extraordinary quality of its products, from the impeccable selection of wines to the highest quality meat. I had the pleasure of tasting an exceptional risotto, creamy and rich in flavour, which alone is worth the visit. The staff is courteous, professional and always attentive, ready to satisfy every request quickly and competently. Special thanks to the owner, Enzo, who introduced himself with great discretion, showing passion and care for every detail. As usual, by chance... shall we go and eat something?... ok, come on, let's go here... we enter and the place immediately surprises us... style and elegance reign supreme... we immediately understand that we are in a place of a certain type... we take advantage of it and let ourselves be guided by the super professional waiters and ask... What can we eat? .. let's leave it to the photos even if given the hunger and the quality of the dishes we almost forgot to take photos....
