Enoteca Castagnetana In Castagneto carducci

Beautifully situated restaurant, from your table you have a magnificent view over the valley to the sea. The food was delicious. We had typical regional appetizers, salami, cheese, ham, and more, lasagna with fresh asparagus, homemade pasta with ragù (braised for 5 hours), and regional wine. We visited the restaurant a second time, and this time we were delighted by the wine and the food. We had steak tartare, 12-hour-cooked pork, a pasta dish, and ricotta and spinach dumplings with fresh truffles.

A very nicely located restaurant on the edge of the old town of C. Carducci. Beautiful view of the sea and, if you like, the sunset 🌅 Service was very attentive, the menu is manageable but the dishes are very tasty. In high season, it might be a bit crowded due to the traffic-calmed zone, especially since our two dogs were practically lying on the street... But now in September, the crowds were manageable 😎👍 We would definitely love to come back.

I've had the opportunity to dine at Enoteca Castagnetana more than once. The setting is beautiful, especially in good weather, when you can sit outside and enjoy the view. Francesco manages the place brilliantly, and his hospitality and friendliness are outstanding. The food is truly excellent, prepared by someone who knows how to combine home cooking with elegant, sublime flavors. And of course, the extensive wine selection is a plus.

Excellent cuisine, local products. Excellent wine cellar. Superb view!!! Excellent table service, the 3 euro cover is a bit expensive, but the place is worth it. The pork was to die for!! Cordialità, professionalità e competenza. Ottima la faraona ripiena di castagne, molto particolare e deliziosa. Ampia scelta di vini per i quali i suggerimenti dello staff sono stati preziosissimi. Molto apprezzati anche gli antipasti di salumi misti, di ottima qualità. Location mozzafiato.

Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Aussicht genial, Essen ok. Unterhaltung bringt zudem eine süsse Katze die hier zu wohnen scheint.
