Since we were there in the evening, we can't say anything about the view, but you won't get tired of it either. The food was good but there is still room for improvement in relation to the price quoted. The high-priced wine at 7 euros per glass was poured very sparingly.

I ate a stew with stratospheric Bolgheri wine. We didn't get the right glass to match but our mistake, we should have asked for advice!

Nice place, also with outdoor tables with a splendid view of the Bolgheri valley that runs to the sea. Good and beautiful Tuscan cuisine, with typical products. Nice selection of wines also available by the glass. Francesco, the owner, as well as all the staff are very kind and smiling. Go there, you won't regret it.

Very personal service, very nice owners. The view from the terrace was wonderful, the food was a poem. Everything homemade and regional. Absolute recommendation!

Avendo deciso di visitare il borgo di Castagneto, ci siamo fermati a cena in questo piccolo locale che si trova all'ingresso del centro storico. Il menù non è ampissimo ma riesce ad accontentare tutti i gusti con buone proposte toscane. Prezzi nella media. Servizio attento e cordiale.

25/09/2024: Cerchevamo una pizzeria qui a Marina di Cecina e ci è stato suggerito di provare in questo ristorante. Sono tanti anni che veniamo qui ma non sapevo di questo locale perché è un poco defilato dal centro essendo anche un maneggio. Molto bello e ben curato sia l’esterno che l’interno. Servizio ottimo e tempistica giusta, abbiamo preso due pizze una margherita e una al salame piccante veramente buone, una birra, un prosecco e due sorbetti, con una spesa di 40 euro. Purtroppo c è stato un inghippo per il pagamento con il Bancomat, ma la titolare si è dimostrata molto professionale è disponibile in quanto avevo pagato 2 volte su due Pos diversi (poi é stato stornato). Ci ritorniamo sicuramente!

10/10/2024: It looks inconspicuous from the outside, but even cooler from the inside. Therefore only recently discovered, otherwise they would definitely have come earlier. Very good local cuisine and nice atmosphere. Small but very fine local menu. Be sure to reserve if there are several people. Also have their own wine. Was very satisfied and would like to come back, at the latest next autumn for the Elbaman.
30/09/2024: A really nice place run by friendly, jovial people and a very good chef. We eat there often and will continue to do so.
