Enoteca Boccadama by Saponaro In Foggia

Enjoyed here a fantastic local wine with a delicious cheese and ham board.

So…this story starts with a visit to the local wine store in Foggia. Such a great little store with a nice variety of vino, accessories, chocolates, and more. The owner and his good friend helped us even though we don’t speak Italian and they don’t speak English (thank you Google Translate). Where the story turns is at the register when we were personally invited to the owners other venture - an amazing little hole in the wall wine and incredible charcuterie cafe. The atmosphere is inviting, relaxing, upscale without being pretentious, and warm. The dishes are well presented and more importantly, delicious. We had reservations to another restaurant, but felt honored by the invite and so glad we went. A definite must if you visit Foggia.
