First time in this wine shop. Good and plentiful Piedmontese platter, good wine but being a wine shop I would have expected a wine list, but instead they were listed verbally. Nice environment but with lack of coordination between the two environments, bar and wine shop. There was a very kind lady who however divided herself between the two places, leaving customers without assistance, in case of any need. This aspect needs to be reviewed.

I had a wonderful time at Enoteca Bar da Sergio in Biella! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff has an incredible sense of humor that made the experience even more enjoyable. The coffee was fantastic, and the attention to detail really stood out. It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. Highly recommended!
